It's still hard to feel sympathy somewhat but if all this is true (and it probably is) I'm unsure why an ultimatum wasn't offered to see if she'd actually get it unless they really wanted to make sure you can't directly tie any releases to vaccine status outside of internet speculation reports (hence official reason being budget cuts)

the way i see it, it's safer to imply because from an employement law pov then the cant prove thats why she got fired. they can just say well it was A factor but not the factor and point to the budget. if they gave her an actual ultimatum it may open them up to some bullshit lawsuit
