Terrible news. Anyone wanting to get into the Entertainment biz can look on how Regis did it and how he handled himself as a perfect example.

RIP to an entertainment legend. Even as someone whose never really saw his show he always came off as an charming, talented guy based on his Mania appearances and the little I've seen outside that.

Truly a class act in the entertainment business. He worked his ass off to earn the moniker "The Hardest Working Man In Show Business," ever since he broke into show business in 1955. I mostly remember him as the host of Live! and Who Wants To Be A Millionaire.

RIP Regis.

Only just seen this. I didn't really see a whole lot of his work being from the UK, but I do remember watching some Millionaire runs on YouTube, and he was in a lot of those. He seemed like a charismatic and great host, and you can't forget this iconic moment:
