Question is do you make the murder comments to him if he's a heel or if he's a face? Face's don't tend to bring people's personal life into the mix, where heels would bring someones personal life into things, and if he's with the PTP he's a heel, would any face(besides Kane who can be more of a tweener anyway) call him out on anything murder related or even make the slightest offside joke?

No not really, seeing as WWE is family friendly so not even the heels would make murder jokes. But TNA who knows, perhaps there. But with him being not "guilty" of the murder/kidnap it would be stupid to even be involved in the jokes himself or condone them because he is suppose to be innocent.
