Opened up a spot against HHH maybe, but he was going to find his way into the title match regardless of what fag boy Punk did. Punk is old news, whether I like it or not this was Bryan's time.

In all fairness, RR's initial statement said that Punk leaving gave Bryan the match against HHH, not the title spot.

I'm sorry did you read my original post, I said Punk leaving got Bryan the feud with Triple H, you're the one who brought up the whole title shot. The original plan was for Punk to go against Trips, once he left, that spot went to Bryan.

Well what you've been reading and what is actually going on are two different things. If I'd have said that Punk gave Bryan that title chance, I'd have said that.
