LOL @ so much hate. The Pre-show setup perfectly for the Rhodes rumble spot. How is that honestly a problem? We know we will get a month max of NAO before Usos or Real Americans inevitably take it from them. If you are like Lock and were hoping to see Bork vs Show in a real wrestling match - you are fucking kidding yourselves. That was as good as it gets people, Brock looks like a fucking unstoppable monster with no limits to what he will do, and Show doesnt look any less than Henry did after getting fucked up horribly going through the barricade. Bryan Bray was one of the best matches in a long while, and Bray came out looking (finally) like a monster heel who really runs shit, instead of how it has been up to this point.
Cena/Orton was shit, and frankly it should have been 10 mins max before Wyatt family came out. People hating on this need to realize - you dont know why, and a Bray promo will be badass as hell. What the hell happened to #Teamoptimism?
As for the Rumble, Ziggler got screwed and its a shame the fans giant boos wont change what happens for him. Rey coming out will hopefully be explained by HHH here, and yes, Batista was mediocre at best. Sheamus got a horribly huge push for his shit, and who knows what that leads to - hopefully him vs Orton when Orton inevitably drops it to Lesnar at EC, unless Lesnar is facing Undertaker (which i doubt after that match) - Reigns looked like a damn beast and him dumping the shield out setup the shield breakup, which will also be dope as hell to witness tonight. All i can hope now is DB vs HBK happens, and the Corporate angle goes down well.
No, im not a punk mark, and i dont think Punk vs Kane will be exciting, ill leave you fangirls to cry about that shit, but the fact of the matter is he was barely a part of that rumble, he spent well over 50% of his time laying down in the corner, even when there were only 4-5 people in (3 of which were shield members obviously) so idgaf. Ziggler and Jericho to me is 1000x > Punk and Rollins last night, and I'm not taking anything from Rollins as he was at least a participant in the majority of his time spent in the rumble. Torito and Fandango was funny, Ryback didnt get jack shit, and hopefully the crowd tonight is as loud as the one from last night.
Unless Raw absolutely blows tonight, last night saw a couple of really big stars made, and Daniel Bryan got screwed. Anyone with half a brain knew Punk wouldnt win, and thank god it wasnt Sheamus in the final 2. I expect to see a great RAW tonight, with a ton of awesome promos, and also Batista will be there.
