.....wow. Well, I asked for something memorable to happen! :lol1:

I only cherrypicked through this show so can't really rate but my goodness was that main event something to behold or what!! THAT SHIT WAS AWESOME!!! Sandwich selling ass can really sell a spear can't he! :lol1: :lol1: :lol1:

Okay.... Lemme talk about the booking of this show real quick... I didn't care going in, because this Raw vs Smackdown rivalry is 100% forced and I can't believe a single character that doesn't rhyme with Mephanie McVahon gives a shit... BUT ironically the Raw vs Smackdown dynamic actually came into play with the extra match, when that asshole Baron Corbin ran in for the DQ to cost the Cruiserweight Division a spot on Smackdown. WHAT A SELFISH PRICK!!!

2016-11-18-where-cruiserweights-go.jpg

So much on the line for this division, yet the crowd wasn't interested. WTF I HATE YOU FANS OF A CITY I'VE ALREADY FORGOTTEN ABOUT.
Nothing made me this mad since Baltimore fans chanted Husky Harris at Bray, then the next day Dennis Pitta had a season-ending injury. Still to this day Bray Wyatt's biggest career accomplishment.
...wait a minute, his minion actually took a bullet for him? He and his clan took out Reigns and Rollins... It's crazy that of all the Shield history they were never able to defeat the Wyatts... :O
But hey, since July 2014 I've been yelling "WYATT IS DEAD" "WYATT IS BEYOND REPAIR". Even mentioning just cutting the guy a time or two.. and here at the end of November 2016, let me say this... there might be some hope for the guy. I know! THAT is the biggest shock of the night. Forget the main event, holy shit Bray Wyatt looked like a competent person!!!!!!! AND Randy Orton did something! THE WORLD IS ENDING! EVERYONE PANIC!

I'm these dual-branded PPV ideas, because they have given each show an identity. Raw is the wrestling show, with the greatest young talent roster ever assembled, and if you're into star ratings and star ratings alone it'll satisfy you. Smackdown's the show where they take lesser talents and damaged goods and make you really care about them more than you have in years or think you could. If you're into emotional investment and 2 hours, it'll satisfy you... Get the brands together and you have a show full of big moments where people get put over well while also delivering good matches...

Also @Dolph'sZiggler if you have the time, definitely check out DZ vs Miz from No Mercy. Maryse is there too, which well you're not even reading this are you

Now I usually do an in-depth look at the
women's matches...but no one reads them...so I'll just mention a few highlights.

SOMEONE READS THEM!!!! :why:

~ Oh...and WHERE THE F@$%! IS EMMA?!!!

GET IN LINE!!!! :tough:

where were we... oh yeah, the main event... Hey. I said get people talking. And.. I love good wrestling as much as the next guy but these emotionless Pringles matches are wearing on the snowy one over here. This was either the BEST THING EVER - which it was and if you think otherwise then lol just kidding - or absolute garbage and the dumbest booking ever. Lemme pose a question to you though - should just make this another thread but I'm too lazy to press that many buttons on my keyboard...

Realistically. Was there really a better option than this? I mean, you finally made some fans happy... WCW fans sure but there's a few fans you ran off for fucking around Sting the way you did - not to mention the botched Invasion and... It accomplished a thing! Yay... But we talk about how this is a MONSTER rub. The Streak. Dean Ambrose. John Cena's main-event status. Much more were put into the beast that is Brock Lesnar, so he can go put over the "new face", but... that person isn't on the roster right now anyway. We can fantasy book stuff like them not dicking around with Kevin Owens anymore and making him a serious threat, but that isn't going to happen... They may as well had an awesome moment that made fans happy and gave us a surprise when we really needed one...

Ya know, even though Samoa Joe won the NXT Title last night and that was more than enough. BEST THING EVER

Team SmackDown getting the win...and Baron Corbin getting hit by a truck...
Apart from that...Perfect!

I've come to the conclusion that:

1. Chanting Goldberg constantly and being able to be a part of one of my most favourite wrestlers entrances was something special. And takes my favourite part of the event.

2. Seeing goldberg obliterate Brock was the 2nd best thing from the night. It was right up there with being a part of the intro. Very close second.

3. Booing roman is actually fucking awesome. I don't mind the guy at all anymore for the most part. But booing him is so fun, just knowing that you're adding to thousands of boos to make it that much better, is enough to get ya in the spirit lol.

I don't mind Roman at all the dude can actually wrestle but at a live event I would boo him as well lol.

This S got me it was almopst like I was a kid again in the late 80's. I got a buzz from some of the spots, a holy shit moment with Goldberg, memories of WCW flooding back, and I smarked out and loved most of the finishes and booking.

I liked things like New Day getting eliminated early, RAWs dominance leading to Smackdown winning the mens event and then the Goldberg shock as I expected Lesnar to win in a 5 minute match.

So yeah this one plucked at the heartstrings which means WWE did their job. I started watching wrestling again regularly for the 1st time since 1999, WCW's fingerpoke of doom being one of the last things I remember.

Apart from the women's match, and the Goldberg vs Lesnar match, i thought it was a pretty solid show. I would give it an 8/10.

Yes! Yes! Yes! Well said...

I thought so...

Yeah...if he can get over the shame of being squashed by Goldberg...

May-be Bork should just quit...do something useful...like drive a
garbage truck...or clean toilets...I'm sure he could handle that.

Better to die slowly than in 1 minute and 26 seconds...

I have something for all the Bork La$er fans...
