By my calculations, AEW has 33 women on the roster. So we are going to rank them. Base it on whatever you'd like. In ring, promo, what you like to look at, anything you want. Here's mine.

I'm going to give you my top 10 cause really, well that's all I really feel like doing. After last week's Dynamite it's pretty easy to see who the top two are.

1. Jamie Hayter (Total package, legit, total package)
2. Hikaru Shida (Obviously her promo skills are going to suffer because of the language barrier in America, but still tears the house down in 9 out of 10 matches)
3. Toni Storm (Honestly, Toni is pretty good. Can give a decent promo, but honestly a decent drop from the top two for me.)
4. Thunder Rosa (Promo skills are straight up cardboard and it's really what shot her title run like a dead duck.)
5. Kris Statlander (Decent, really decent all around)
6. The Bunny (Under appreciated for sure. Is she going to give you stellar matches now, but she is a serviceable talent for sure.)
7. Britt Baker (The Rosa/Baker hardcore match really allowed her flaws in the ring to be hidden well. Yes she can give a good promo, but her ring skills are just often not that great when it's not against a decent opponent)
8. Jade Cargill (Obviously, still green, what is this beginning of year 3? She knows her character, has it been getting stale....maybe but hopefully she switches it up sooner than later.)
9. Willow Nightingale (Without a doubt my favorite face in all of wrestling, other than maybe OC. Decent in the ring and decent on the mic)
10. Riho (I'm not a big fan of her personally cause me and Braun are boys and fuck that flippy shit. But I respect what she's able to do in the ring and can see that she has talent.


I know people will say there are a few that should be in that top 10 because of what they can do in the ring but really people like Deeb and Leyla Hirsch bore the shit out of me. I get that they have talent in the ring, but what's the point of that if I want to get up from my seat and invade the fridge when they're on tv, knowing that I won't miss anything I would need to see.

According to the List of AEW Personnel on Wikipedia, there are 34 names in the Women's Division. I'm gonna ignore Maria Kanellis and Rebel, for obvious reasons.

Those are the 26 that the tier list template had.

The rest:
Julia Hart (2-3)
Kiera Hogan (4-5)
Leila Grey (2-3)
Leva Bates (4-5)
Marina Shafir (2-3)
Skye Blue (4-5)

There is a lot to consider (at least for me) and in my eyes Hayter and Storm are the only two complete package Main Eventers the division has. Same as WWE's division though, if they'd build some of the others up the right way, they could easily have four or five of those. Willow could easily become one of the biggest babyfaces the company has, if they play their cards right.

logic for A+ : britt and jades character and promo work puts them above very good even if both are less good in the ring. personal opinion of course.

and explanations for S (if u even need it) : I believe all three women are the best workers in the company and their work is lightyears away from everyone else. Shida might be the perfect base no cap. Toni is a 5 tool player. Jamie is a god damn powerhouse.
