Randy or Edge?

I'm not going to go into a too much detail on why (because it just does)... but Edge's face character has just been a major turn off to me. The whole "SPEARSPEARSPEAR!" thing is possibly the most annoying thing to come about since "WHAT!?". His character simply changed a bit too much for my liking and he's almost in an awkward limbo between joke cracking E&C era Edge and Watered Down Superstar Edge. The crowd is into it, I won't argue that. I'm just personally not feeling it.

Orton's face turn on the other hand came on beautifully. The crowd essentially turned the guy face. All signs were pointing towards Legacy coming across as faces against Orton but the crowd really wasn't having. The fans chose Orton, and he wasn't forced down our throats. He's still in a bit more of a tweener mode than Edge is at the moment and it's yet to be seen if he'll really go full blown face. For all we know after Mania he could simply revert back to the way he was before. As someone else said Orton has pretty much been a lifer heel in the company and I think it would be a nice change of pace to see where this face turn could take him for a few months. His character essentially hasn't changed... in essence it's the character that turned him in a way. People want a bad ass they get behind, and Orton is one of the only ones right now.

I'm a fan of Edge's face turn, imo it has worked well and like I said before I like his 'Spear! Spear! Spear!', it gives thhe fans somethhing to chant, he seems like a psycopath which I think is good.

Having said that I prefer Orton's just because of one fact, he hasn't changed much if atall. I think Orton needs to get himself in the title picture after Mania, that would really help it kick off (not as if it needs anymore kicking off but I would like to see him with the title as a face).

Edge's face turn seems forced. This "spear" chant is getting annoying, if it came off more heelish or sadistic then it would work but no it's like "hey kids lets chant my finisher, SPEAR!" So Orton's turn is better.

If Edge can get back in time and be properly healed by the time the Rumble comes, I can see that happening. But remember, we're 2 weeks away from the Rumble. I haven't read anything about Edge being ready to get back by the Rumble.

No. Edge is far more talented than Orton in just about every way. With that said, the fact that Edge can pull off this type of face is much more impressive. However, I'm more interested and tuned in to where Orton's is leading next and how it will transpire.

Edge is nothing spectacular in the ring. Orton is far his superior in that category. Orton's promos IMO are better than Edge heel wise. Face wise, the Viper hasn't had much mic time. Booking turned Edge face. The fans turned Orton.

If Edge can get back in time and be properly healed by the time the Rumble comes, I can see that happening. But remember, we're 2 weeks away from the Rumble. I haven't read anything about Edge being ready to get back by the Rumble.
