The best part is that that sentence makes the reader wonder what exactly the education is. Are viewers being educated on how to have sex properly? Are the pornstars gonna be teaching viewers the ABCs while simultaneously having sex? Do you think politicians will start starring in porn and use that porn to push forward their political beliefs?

tfw the government uses porn to campaign for elections

After looking up "Feminist Porn" and understanding what it is, I will actually say it wouldn't be that bad of an idea to some extent because of it being basically Porn for Women. The porn would actually be about the nature of sex in a matter of speaking of the sort like having consent, proper masturbation techniques, real sex and not the fantasy stuff, and some other things as well. It wouldn't be bad because let's face it most people nowadays get their info about sex from porn, and we know how great that is as well the "educational" part isn't bad either.

Now, the state-funded part would worry me for two reasons. One, religious people will be opposed by it and end up trying to sue the state or whatever on some sort of dumbass reasoning like "ruining their children" or some other dumb shit, and two, we know the political parties would try to have their hand involved in it somehow and in some way which is dumb as hell.

So legitimately, I think porn for Sex Ed, which is what this more or less seems like, wouldn't be a bad idea, honestly.

Religious people aren't just adults, y'know. I'm sure there are kids that would rather not be forced to watch porn as part of their school's curriculum, be it religion or being grossed out by it. I fall into the latter category; call me snowflake, if you'd like. Showing pornography in school crosses the line in my eyes, and if it is practiced, then students should have the right to abstain from watching it for the previously mentioned reasons. But if students have the right to abstain from watching said porn, then I'm willing to bet a majority of students would decide against viewing it. If that occurs, then the whole point of funding educational porn goes out the window. Sexual education doesn't need porn to explain to students how condoms work. Outright showing porn - especially showing "masturbation techniques" - isn't necessary. The purpose of sex ed, to me, is to prevent teen pregnancy. Masturbation does not do that, but it does lead to negative health consequences due to addiction to pornography. That's not me saying that either should be banned (as if such a ban could even be enforced!). It isn't beneficial, and I'd like to think that our schools have an obligation to benefit students.

we know the political parties would try to have their hand involved in it somehow and in some way which is dumb as hell.
Some conspiracy theorists argue that is already taking place. Care to guess who the theory alleges benefits from said porn?

The Jews, of course, because no conspiracy is complete without complaining about Jewish people being successful. The argument goes something like this: Jews disproportionately succeed at the upper levels of the porn industry and use their influence to create/promote porn that attacks the nuclear family, promotes interracial, incest, cuckoldry, and other degenerate sexual practices. This nonsense inspired my conspiracy theory that Japan created anime to cause Americans to prefer cartoon waifus over real women and thus reduce the American birth rate.

I'd argue my theory is more realistic.

because of it being basically Porn for Women.
I'll bet you 50K that there's already porn whose target audience is women.

How about we juts leave porn to the free market? The only porn the government should be concerned with is illegal porn such as child porn. People's perceptions of sex may be warped by porn, but is that really any different than people's perceptions of the military being warped by movies? There are plenty of things in society that portray things unrealistically and are poor influences, but tackling all these things is just silly.

I never said it be forced upon anyone if anything it should be optional to take or not to take. My point with the religious part is that even if it was optional they would complain somehow and in some way. Once again never said it should be forced at all, and I would agree that many wouldn't watch it mainly because of religious reasons and the small portion would because of people being like "yeah I am good on that", which is fine. I agree with you putting on a condom/sex education doesn't need porn to be involved, but there would be a few people would probably understand it more due to actually seeing it, you know. Yeah, schools have rights to do whatever they want to help and benefit its students and that is great, but it can be a downfall as well.

Honestly, all conspiracy theories, excluding some, are all a bunch of bullshit created by people who have no lives, watch way too dumb shit, or are just idiots.

I'll bet you 50K that there's already porn whose target audience is women.

I mean there is, it is called Porn for Women and it is a more realistic approach to sex and everything, unlike the normal porn that most know.

I agree, agree, somewhat disagree, but understand the point.

Also that is pretty great because This Is America.
