Arn is one of my favorites from the 90s, but it's Rude here. He could have been the heel in any company, WWE, WCW, whatever if they would have let him.

Such a simple gimmick yet all his tweaks made it perfect.

Having your own face on the crotch of your tights is genius.

Loved Arn as much if not more than anyone but it's Rude by a mile.

The Ravishing one gets my vote. Thought he was much more interesting than Arn.

Probably biased here with Arn, but I don't care. I could go as far as Rude's National Title reign that some consider a World Title reign in WCW had some lackluster, long matches that should have been a 100 times better.

Had to go for Rick Rude here, still amazes me that he never held the top title in the big companies.
