I went with John Cena, although I found CM Punks last reign before this current one more entertaining than any John Cena reign, the fact remains that John Cena's reigns rule over a lot more than most. He held the belt so many times and had very lengthy reigns. John Cena gets my vote for all around World Champion, but CM Punk gets my vote for the most entertaining World Champion.

At the moment it is easily John Cena. Punk is awesome but he hasn't had anywhere near the number of top titles reigns that Cena has had.
