DDT4 Tournament Finals

9) PWG Tag Team Championship Match
Young Bucks (c) def. Kevin Steen & El Generico

After the show, Kevin Steen and El Generico embraced in the center of the ring. Steen put over his long-time rival for all they've accomplished together over the years. Generico said farewell to the PWG crowd, and claimed he was "going to Mexico" to help orphans. This was his last independent appearance, as Generico should be reporting to WWE soon.

Kinda disappointed to see Young Bucks with the belt once again but they were the best choice for Generico's final match. This tournament certainly shook things up, that's for sure. Reading this makes me sad for Generico's goodbye but it also sounds hilarious. Good luck with the orphans!

Just as things finally get on track for the PWG World Title, PWG starts up on the random booking for the tag division. If there's one huge flaw in PWG, it's how random they get with their titles at times.

Can't say I'm excited for the Young Bucks being champs again, but sounds like another amazing show, especially the end.

Sorta confused as to why the Dojo Bros went over the two top teams in PWG last show then go out first round here to what's got to be considered a part-time team at this stage.

The only thing that makes any sense is that with DojoBros defeating the Bucks last month, they have a tag title shot coming up now. However, the waters become murky since Future Shock defeated DojoBros tonight, yet they couldn't even get past the semi-finals. For the sake of booking, Bucks really should have faced DojoBros sometime tonight. That would bring the series to 1-1 and a rubber match would then be for the tag titles. Instead, PWG does what it does a lot since the changes in operation and randomize everything with the Bucks coming out on top.

I suppose it's handy booking wise to have 3/4 possible contenders for a tag title match

It really seemed like they were going to have the Dojo Bros. rule PWG last show, since Cole's also considered a member usually. Now though... hopefully Bucks are just holding on the belts until things get figured out.
