I thought it a bit odd last year... We never got the 3 on 2 handicap match on PPV... I mean in terms of storyline, DX can own the shit out of Ted & Cody all they want, but they still haven't spelt the death knell of Legacy as a faction. All we really saw in kayfaybe is what you'd expect.... 2 legends eventually getting the better of a couple of rookies.

Well it's probably for the better that way. Did we really want DX making Legacy look any weaker as a whole than they already do? They're better off breaking up over internal problems rather than anything. And I use the term break up very loosely as they were always more of an alliance than a stable.
I mean c'mon.. "Introducing first, Randy Orton w/ Legacy" coming out to Orton's music.. nice stable.

Yeah, I just wouldn't have put it past the bookers... Y'know.... Have DX crush the 3 of them handicapped stylee and use that as the catalyst for the Legacy split.

Same as the speculated DX split.... I expect the predictable, easiest option.

Yeah, likewise... HHH no doubt off on a title chase and HBK prob taking his annual leave after WM. (A fued would also mean no more DX merch sales for a few years whilst old wounds heal in kayfaybe.).. Another reasons why HHH/Seamus & HBK/Taker seem so likely to me.

I love the idea of guys NOT having the generic team split/fued storyline... Can't think of one instance where this has happened tho'.

Why they figured it was worth splitting them I'll never know...They were over enough for WWE to have unify the titles at the 25th anniversary of Mania, didn't run the split program with any conviction and have failed to use them as anything but jobbers since..... Meanwhile We could have done with them as opponents for HD, Jerishow & Legacy.
