Don’t think he explained why he didn’t use no. It’s not not using N2 that bothers me because you could just save a shot and lethal’s known for doing shit like that but I do think “missing” N3 and then having something to claim during lylo is super convenient

Also executioner and double voter, for all those playing the fun setup spec, isn't a likely combo either because it means you can reach a execute majority with half the lynch+having a double voter on your team, i.e. making it too easy.
