We meet Ryan Doofinbaker and Paul Shaymin on the podium.
"Hello once again, with the next pick in the PSL Season Two Draft we select..."
"Acreus, damnit...I all out of clean ties..."
"Umm, you wore that same tie during the press conference."
"Exactly! This is my one tie! We need someone in this organization to do laundry..."
"I mean, I can get the intern to do it..."
"I got it! Draft that machine possessing guy...Rotom, make him possess a washing machine!"
"But...we have a water type in Volcanion..."
"Do they share any weaknesses, Doof? Do they battle the exact same way?"
"Fiiiine... with the next pick in the PSL season two draft, the Toronto Bidoofs select, from the Underused tier, Rotom and it's wash form!"
Rotom-Wash from UU
@Solidus
Dude, I hate you. Sniped again.
Btw, your team is looking good. Soli's too. : :downer:
:finger:
I'm not all that confident with my team this time around. Also, need to adapt to the new meta. I am probably going to get pooped on.... :emoji_cry:
If it makes you feel any better, I'm really liking your team also. Mimikyu, Magearna, and Mega Lopunny all scare me (and I've used all three before, so I like them) Latias is versatile, I know you use Primarina well (and tbh, it's my fav Alola Pokemon along with Tapu Koko) and Mamoswine can be ran a few ways. I think once you plug in any gaps you're missing, you should be good overall. Even with having three fairy types, they don't share many weaknesses and all can be run differently. Kind of my mentality behind getting Rotom Wash, it doesn't share weaknesses with Volcanion and plays differently. I'm looking forward to facing you and dreading it XD
And thanks, I'm using a mix of new mons I have never used and ones I'm familiar with. We still have a good chunk of drafting left, so we'll see.
Besides, Jacob stole my friends...Considering I have three backgrounds of Dragonite...and everyone knows I like Sylveon a lot, to the point I question my manliness... So even if I wasn't going to draft them since Mega Altaria legit is them two combined with the types and what it can do, it still hurt ;-;
I guess one good thing about my team is that I am really familiar with most of them (Lati, Bunny, Mamo especially). And yeah, that is exactly why I had no problem drafting 3 mons with the same type. They don't really share weaknesses and their secondary types are really good and provide diversity. Still, something about my team doesn't feel 100% right. At least not yet.
We will see.
You never know what you will find. RU and NU Pokemon aren't exactly ones to overlook, hell aDrive won the NPA by using Vikavolt! He even swept some weeks and it got the final two kills!
Hell, even PU have viable mons. lol
I mean...I've swept friends with Biberal before. :3
I really like Mudsdale.
