Sun isn't good anyway. The only Pokemon to benefit from it are those with Solar Power. No speed boosts like with Swift Swim, Slush Rush or Sand Rush.

Apparently, Drizzle is BL, Drought is RU and Hail, Sand are whatever. At least I think that is how it works. Could be wrong. I am super rusty with mons lol.

Yep, remembered that just after posting. Most Chlorophyll mons are garbage anyway.

I thought RU as well since Ninetales with Drought is listed as RU. NU rules doesn't ban it though.
