I miss playing Pokemon. Why does gen8 have to be so horrific?! 
I think they wanted to be more appealing to more people or something. I don't know. I am hoping gen 9 goes back to their roots. Sun and Moon was fine but I haven't ENJOYED enjoyed Pokemon since Alpha Saphire.
Same thoughts here. I liked XY and ORAS quite a bit, gen 7 was okay.
But Gen8 just looks so unappealing to me, maybe if it was a 3DS game I'd pick it up. But no way am I buying a Switch + 60 bucks to play this shit.
It sucks cuz I really like Pokemon...
I am hoping the gen4 remakes will be good.
I was ready to buy a Switch and when they started releasing info on the game, I waited. I am glad. I want a Switch for other games but I don't need it right now.
I'll just stick to Showdown when I am in the mood for battles and roms when I wanna play the rpg games.
