It is part of the 20th Anniversay event. Only issue is when you begin the game, level 100s that have been traded (Darkrai is a trader legendary according to the event) it won't obey your commands all the time.

Yeah he brought his weaker mons. He has Krook, Weavile, Goodra, Celebi but he thought they had a bad match up (Mamoswine, Talonflame). I'm just glad I didn't get haxed, last week annoyed me haha.

I need to use Talonflame better but I think it has crazy potential in this format. Bulky Taunt/Wisp, Specially Defensive, priority Tailwind, Natural Gift on it is pretty amazing (because it's so fast and you can just spam Acrobatics afterwards), and a few other tricks I have up my sleeve.

My favorite sets are Bulk Up or just banded Brave Bird.

I need to use Talonflame better but I think it has crazy potential in this format. Bulky Taunt/Wisp, Specially Defensive, priority Tailwind, Natural Gift on it is pretty amazing (because it's so fast and you can just spam Acrobatics afterwards), and a few other tricks I have up my sleeve.

Talonflame is very versatile. One thing I love is setting up a way to sweep with it. Just...Gale Wings Roost and Brave Bird...moves to boost attack, flare blitz....it is the John Cena of Pokemon.

It's often easy to counter though, I don't like using Talonflame much.

I don't use him much because when X/Y came out I saw it everywhere. But even if it can be countered, it can still make a dent in an enemy's team.

It's great late game and teams usually only have 1 maybe 2 counters, once those are gone. GG
