That sounds hard but fun. I never heard of that one. So you only use two Pokemon at a time, one male and one female? No legends I take it then (I think all are gender-less?).

You can have up to three pairs in your party (six mons) but for that battle, unless your pair faints or you get roared out, you cannot use any other mon than the two in the pair.

Example: My pairs in my X Wedlocke are.

Miss. Mime (Mr. Mime) and Pugly (Snubull)
Bubbs (Squirtle) and Tapanga (Furfrou)
Merciless (Zangoose) and :angry: (Machop)

In battle, if I have :angry: then I can only switch into Merciless.

As for generless, typically you can't use them, but they are technically self-imposed rules so if you want to use a genderless mon, you can change it up a bit.

Also, this game I'm hyped for. Way I see it is that it could be similar to Sun and Moon, but what they do to change the story may be a nice re-telling of the game, and hopefully the features they have add to the game. I mean, the picture thing maybe just a random side thing, but can be a silly thing to do and the Surfing can be a great side thing. What I am hoping for is extra to do in the post game. The UB mission was good, but I just need that extra thing to come back to as a fun activity.
