No eye glow. That eye glow is actually a reflector that bounces the light back out. Tapeta Lucida

The light goes in their eyes, bounces then also acts like a personal flashlight. Nocturnal and aquatic animals use it.

Funny thing is, I only just learned my betta fish had them the other day. I never looked closely at a fish's eyes.
