So on SmackDown this week, it appears as though both Ryback & Curtis Axel have severed ties with Paul Heyman. On RAW, Heyman blamed Ryback for what happened to him at the HIAC PPV and Curtis Axel was attacked by Punk again before he put a beating on Heyman himself.
Personally, I'm fine with this split because I don't feel as though either guy has benefited from having Heyman at their side on TV at least. Sure you could say that being aligned with Heyman was the reason Axel made it to TV, but from then on he's always seemed to come across as the afterthought or the whipping boy of the group even after his somewhat decent start with countout wins over HHH and Cena.
Now you combine the seemingly never ending feud with Punk, the failed runs with Ryback and Curtis Axel and I don't know if it's just me but I kinda wish he would have disappeared off of TV after HIAC and not returned until it's BRRRRRRRRROCK LESNAAAAAAAAAR time again at the start of 2014 I would imagine.
Now the dirtsheets are reporting that the devil who Bray Wyatt keeps referring to is believed to be one of Paul Heyman or Vince McMahon. Both guys could tie in pretty well really so they wouldn't exactly be out of place but if I had to choose one then I would prefer it to be Vince while Heyman took a hiatus like I just explained.
What are your opinions on Heyman currently? Would you prefer he took a break from TV or prefer him to stick around still either with a new client or Ryback/Axel?
