A mysterious new wrestling promotion has quietly begun production on what promises to be one of the most ambitious projects in the sport’s history. We have learned that the name of the promotion is Parts Unknown Wrestling. Details remain scarce at this point but we can confirm that it has secured a streaming deal with Netflix. Unlike most wrestling promotions, Parts Unknown will operate in multiple episode seasons with the season finale of each season serving as it's equivalent to a "Premium Live Event" or more traditionally known as "Pay Per Views." The first season will consist of 15 episodes, all filmed in an undisclosed location. Early rumors suggest that filming of non-wrestling, plot driven scenes have already begun. No one outside of production has seen the set, and those involved have reportedly signed strict non-disclosure agreements. The Season 1 roster is expected to be named soon.
