3rd Week August 2020

Brian Cage & Taz open up the show in the ring and the two of them are feed up with the fact that Moxley has been more focused on Luther and whoever he is with then The Machine Brian Cage that sort of mentality is why Moxley was always the third fiddle to a big dog and cross fit jesus and that he will always be a the weak point in a shield and everyone knows it including his wife.

Moxley hears enough of that and proceeds to make his way to the ring taking out anyone that gets in his path including Butcher & Blade , Best Friends and Brian Myers. Kurt Angle is able to step up between the two as Moxley looks like he is ready to kill he tells them real cute but, say something now that he is in his face come on. They charge at each other but, the guys break it up as we go to break.

Tessa Blanchard w/Tully Blanchard vs. Penelope Ford

This match pretty much ends up being one sided as Tessa is in full control she though however does get a little cocky and Ford does get some good offense in before Tessa takes control back and keeps it throughout the match.

Cody & Shawn Spears are arguing with one another backstage as Spears states how he doesn't see how working with Cody is going to do anything for him. He states that The Young Bucks are not perfect like Shawn Spears and neither is Cody. Shawn states Cody is not willing to do what it takes to win a match. Shawn states he doesn't care what it takes that he doesn't need friends he wants the win because with that comes the bigger paycheck. Cody goes on to say that he wants the win more then anyone else and that he has his morals he didn't have to stab friends in the back or in this case a chair shot to the head. He states The Young Bucks are the best tag team in the world but, if Arn thinks that teaming with Spears gives him that best chance to be successful he will trust him for this week.

Will Ospreay vs. Austin Aries

In a good match that saw both men give it everything they had including a Brainbuster onto the knee from Aries and an attempted on onto the corner apron. Will was able to fight through it all impressively though with a little help from Matt Hardy to get the W.

MJF comes out and cuts a promo of the ages on Miro talking about his failures and that Miro day isn't a holiday but, just a consist reminder of how much a failure Miro is he goes on to say that Miro failure will still go on here in AEW for the reminder of his time here because Miro wants a shot of the title but, the brute didn't read the fine print and states that if Miro fails to win at Joker's Wild he is out of AEW and he can go fade to black though he hears Miro wife already has. He goes on and one ripping Miro a new asshole.

The Dark Order vs. SCU

In a decent match with some good back and forth Lee picks up the W for The Dark Order following a discus clothesline. Stu Grayson look good in the match and is said to be looking in better shape compared to Sky who is a little flabby.

Lance Archer was suppose to have a match with Peter Avalon but, proceeds to beat him up grabbing a book from the hands of Leva Bates and proceeds to beat him to a bloody pulse with it.

Match Four:
Pentagon Jr. vs. Kota Ibushi

In a excellent bout with the two of them trading near falls after near falls and getting the crowd in awe Pentagon Jr would win following a package piledriver from the second rope. This match was said to have great chem between the two. Fenix would try and interfere but, Omega would make the save battling outside with him taking him out until the music of Page hit and Adam makes his way out this distracts Kota to set up finish.

Under the lights we got our next match as Jericho & Taylor would slow things down a little and see a match where Jericho would taunt the crowd and camera as he beat up Chuck Taylor he would hit the Judas Effect but, then smile as he would add the Walls Of Jericho to make him tap out.

Dustin cuts a promo talking about how this cowboy still got one last run left in him that AEW awoken something in Dustin that he hasn't felt in a long time he proceeds to go on and state that he wants the very best wrestler to come out here and give him that thrill he needs that rush to get him to be the very best going into Dealer's Choice Match.

Cody & Shawn Spears vs. The Young Bucks

The match was a great tag team match and Spears and Cody would work well among one another even though not agreeing on each other's tactics. The match which will see the winner go on into the triple threat tag team match for AEW Tag Team Title's nearly had 10 near falls but, in the end while Tully had the official back turned Spears would low blow one of the Jackson's unknown to Cody who would hit a Cross Rhodes for the W.
