September 2020 Week 4
We open the show up with Angle in the ring and the music of AEW Champion Jon Moxley who makes his way through the crowd and into the ring. He states last night Marty Scrull give him a fight and that while Marty storybook ending didn't go exactly to plan that he respects him in the ring because that was a fight. Moxley says So Kurt whose next?
All of a sudden the crowd grows silent as....
(JK JK JK)
Kurt Angle says that well Jon the way he sees he isn't sure yet he says over the next few weeks he is going to be watching the roster closely and says we may even have a few surprises but he tells Mox what next week he will give the champ a chance to be a fighting champion as he will defend the title.
Mox shakes his head saying it doesn't matter who it is the result gonna end the same Mox with his hand raised high.

Match One:
Matt Hardy vs. Brodie Lee
In a decent match which saw Lee take out some aggression on Hardy for his lost against Allin at All Out Lee picks up the W following a discus clothesline.

We get a video package showing the brutal match of Page vs. Omega at All Out. We then see video of Kenny in the hospital. Kenny is in a neck brace and you can see him get a bunch of staples into his head with all the damage you can tell its his heart that is the most broken. Omega almost as you say lost his smile.

The video package ends as we see it on the TV with Hangman Page watching and John Layfield at his side. Page says Kenny got what was coming. Hangman Page proved that he was better man then Kenny and he says he can still hear the sound of Kenny skull cracking off of the ground and that it brings a smile on his face. Marty Scrull arrives and he stares directly at Page.
Marty says him and Page go back and they got a history but so does him and Kenny he says if it wasn't for Kenny Page wouldn't be where he is at today this company would not be where it is at he says do you think your a real villain huh he goes on to say hes not a villain na he is just a insecure piece of shit. He says Kenny give Marty a home he gave guys like you and I a chance and this is how you repay him. We get more jaw jacking until Angle arrives and says that he knows where this is going and you guys want to settle this we do it in the ring he says tonight in the Main Event Hangman Page will take on Marty Scrull.

Hybrid2 vs. Sonny & Joey w/Veda Scott
Sonny & Joey defeat Hybrid2 in a fun tag team match following Kiss Goodnight (Split Leg Gut Punch/Superkick Combo)

Cody & Shawn Spears are seen sitting in two chairs holding there tag team gold. They said for a long time that thy didn't see eye to eye but, Cody says he is starting to see the world through the eyes of Spears and sees that some rules are made to be broken. He says he is tired of how the world keeps comparing him to his father trying to tell him what his father would think of him. Cody says Bully Ray has done some acts that still haunt people to this day so where does he get off telling Cody what to do. Cody says he is not stupid he knows what he is doing and he knows the right horse to back he says well he knows the right four to and they give the four horseman taunt. He says he will honor the rightful past and those who paved the way but, these novelty acts that don't deserve to be in the same ring as legends like Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard are going to be cast aside and made examples of. Cody says that at Halloween Havoc they are gonna issue an open challenge to any tag team currently in AEW or out of it and they can step in the ring with them.

AEW Light Heavyweight Championship Match
Rey Fenix (c) vs. Christopher Daniels
(I realized now I fucked up and put Daniels in instead of Kaz opps)
In a pretty good back an forth match Daniels would lose to the new champion during the match the former champion Lio Rush would come down to the ring where all black and a face mask with the word Unjust written on it he would proceed to just stand at the ramp.

We go backstage to where we see a bunch of pizzas being delivered and it is now time for Best Friends Pizza Party everyone are having a good time we get video of other wrestlers getting pizza and what not as Best Friends are then going to give a speech they talk about how they are like pizza ingredients and even though they don't seem like they would work together thats what makes them so good and that after awhile you cant think of life without them. Trent talks about how he loves Chuck Taylor & Orange Cassidy and about how winning those championships mean everything to them a few moments later someone says they the last piece of pizza was eaten and Chuck states its ok he order one a knock on the door and three pizza deliver guys come out they go to open the pizza and we instead see a middle finger followed by them getting attack by the deliver guys who throw Best Friends into a wall then through a table and they take off disguises to show.

Jericho cuts a promo talking about how things didnt go as plan that The Inner Circle are still as strong as ever he goes on to say Austin Aries can shut his mouth. Jericho states that things are fine that he is a leader among men the Napoleon Of The Times.

In a very fun back and forth match Brian Cage is caught off guard going for Drill Claw Ospeary catches him with a roll up.

Nick Aldis comes out holding the championship and says he made a promise to MJF he be here tonight and as a man of honor he is here he says he would like MJF to come to this ring. MJF comes down and states if he thinks he is going to get a shot at the TNT Championship well he has another thing coming because he hasnt earned anything and he is sick and tired of having to give title shot after title shot to men who don't deserve anything. Aldis says that is the problem right there you are entitled he states MJF you got all the talent in the world there is no question you are without the doubt the fastest rising star in the bizz and he says with that accolade that title on your shoulder should mean something but, it doesn't. Someone once said it is the man that makes the title not the title that makes the man and he says he disagrees he says the title can make the man when it means something take a look at Nick Aldis and his NWA Championship he says the title that goes back longer then MJF is alive meant nothing for a very long time it was cast aside and the legacy of the great men that held it was forgotten he states he brought it back and now he has made it the most respected title in wrestling a man in which that ring on MJF finger held and states that he knows MJF is a collector of sorts and says that he knows MJF is not going to just give him a title match that is asking to much so he has a compromise at Halloween Havoc Nick Aldis vs. MJF in a duel championship match the NWA Title vs. TNT Championship. MJF looks at the ring of his and then the title on Aldis shoulder. Aldis puts his hand out MJF then says your on before going to shake his hand but, instead just gives him the bird.

Archer & The Butcher & Blade defeat English & Young Bucks after a double chokeslam by Archer.
