Smackdown (Airing Friday on SyFy):

* Teddy Long opens the show by addressing Christian's claim that his foot was under the ropes when he was pinned by Randy Orton at WWE Capitol Punishment last Sunday. He calls Christian to the ring who says he deserves another title shot. Teddy informs him he must earn it and he'll face Kane tonight. The winner will be the new number one contender.

* Sin Cara b. Ted DiBiase

* Cody Rhodes b. Daniel Bryan. Prior to the match, Daniel said looks aren't everything and showed a photo of "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes on the big screen. He said while Dusty may not have been the best looking guy, he had charisma and was a good person - something Cody is not. Ted DiBiase came out when the match got underway.

* Backstage, Johnny Curtis cuts a promo at catering.

* Backstage, Matt Striker asks Big Show about Mark Henry attacking him at Capitol Punishment. Show says he will get Henry back but as soon as the words come out of his mouth, Henry takes him out.

* WWE Intercontinental Champion Ezekiel Jackson b. Wade Barrett to retain.

* Backstage, Jack Korpela is with World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton. Orton says the fact Christian is getting another chance at the number one contendership again tonight is comical. However, he'll beat him again if he has too.

* Heath Slater and Justin Gabriel run into Wade Barrett backstage and say they are going to do something he can't, win.

* Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel b. The Usos

* Jinder Mahal vs. Yoshi Tatsu never got underway as Mahal took him out and grabbed the mic. Mahal informed the crowd The Great Khali was done playing games and they were going to dominate on Smackdown.

* Kane b. Christian via disqualification when Mark Henry attacked Kane. World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton came out and Teddy Long made it a tag team match. Christian & Mark Henry b. World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton & Kane when Henry pinned Orton after a World's Strongest Slam. Due to the victory, Christian gets the World Heavyweight Championship shot against Orton at WWE Money in the Bank.
Looks an all too familiar SmackDown

WWE Raw (Airing next Monday on the USA Network):

* The Money in the Bank briefcase is suspended above the ring.

* The show starts with WWE Champion John Cena coming to the ring and he cuts a promo about CM Punk getting suspended for his comments that ended last week's show. Cena wanted to know why he was suspended for speaking his mind and went above the General Manager's head and called Mr. McMahon for an explanation.

* WWE Divas Champion Kelly Kelly & Eve Torres b. The Bella Twins

* Backstage, R-Truth is on the phone and Scott Stanford comes over and asks him about getting another number one contenders match. Alberto Del Rio walks up to him and tells him it's his destiny to become the number one contender.

* WWE Tag Team Champions David Otunga & Michael McGillicutty b. Santino Marella & Vladimir Kozlov to retain after a McGillicutter. After the match, Zack Ryder hits the ring and says Woo Woo Woo then goes backstage.

* Backstage, The Miz cuts a heel promo on Alex Riley. He brought Riley to WWE and he'll take him out.

* Jack Swagger b. Sgt. Slaughter. After the match, Swagger put Slaughter in the ankle lock. Evan Bourne came out and made the save. Sgt. said the pledge of allegiance.

* Alberto Del Rio b. Rey Mysterio & R-Truth in a triple threat match to become the new number one contender for the WWE Championship after using his cross armbreaker.

* WWE United States Champion Dolph Ziggler & Vickie Guerrero come out. Vickie says since it's the birthday of the United States that the United States Champion deserves a birthday party too. Dolph says while he is champion the US title is the only one that matters. Kofi Kingston comes out and says Ziggler can't beat him without Vickie. They brawl and Vickie gets pushed into a cake.

* Alex Riley b. The Miz with a schoolboy pin. After the match, The Miz attacks Riley by throwing him to the crowd and into the steel ring steps. He throws him through the announce table and delivers a boot to the face. Miz walks away after the assault.

* Mr. McMahon comes out to discuss the suspension of CM Punk. He says he deserved it when John Cena comes out. Cena asks what happened to Vince the fighter and wants to know if Punk got under his skin. McMahon says the real reason he suspended CM Punk is because he didn't want him to walk out of WWE with the title. Cena says what if he says something about people being replaceable. Cean throws the belt at Vince and walks away. McMahon reinstates Punk but says if Cena loses at Money in the Bank, he's fired.
RAW stuff for next week. Can't wait to hear the promos in relation to Punk.

- Thanks to Keith P. for the following WWE SmackDown tapings from tonight's show in Phoenix, Arizona. These will air this Friday.

Dark Match:

* Derrick Bateman beat Johnny Curtis

SmackDown:

* The show opens with the Money in the Bank briefcase hanging high. Mark Henry vs. Randy Orton is announced with Christian banned from ringside by Teddy Long. Christian wants a rematch against Orton at the pay-per-view.

* Randy Orton beat Mark Henry by count out. Big Show's music hit, distracted Henry and allowed Orton to hit an RKO on the floor for the count out. Henry went nuts at the production area and tore the place up.

* Daniel Bryan beat Ted DiBiase by submission. There is no music right now because of Henry trashing the production area.

* Christian approaches Teddy Long in the back and wants a title shot. Teddy makes Christian vs. Sin Cara tonight for Christian playing Big Show's music earlier.

* Backstage segment - Cody Rhodes is upset with Ted DiBiase.

* Christian defeated Sin Cara in a decent match. Christian won with the spear. A contract signing between Christian and Orton will take place later in the show.

* Cody Rhodes beat Ezekiel Jackson in a non-title match with help from Ted DiBiase.

* Backstage segment with Johnny Curtis that didn't make much sense.

* Kane beat Wade Barrett with a chokeslam. This looked like a match between Money in the Bank participants because they kept focusing on the briefcase but didn't announce anything yet.

* Teddy Long calls out Randy Orton and Christian for their contract signing. Christian brings a lawyer with him. It's in the contract that if the referee makes a bad call, he gets another rematch. Orton is all business here on the mic. Orton signed the contract and before Christian does, Sheamus attacks Orton from behind. Sheamus also laid Christian out and destroyed the contract to end the show.
So looks like they are going the 3 way route with this one which I don't mind. Sheamus will get pinned and Christian will rant about how he wasn't the one pinned so he gets another rematch.

I've been looking forward to seeing them have a triple threat match. Sheamus looks like too much of a threat to Orton to keep passing him by. Hell, I'd say before the punt a couple weeks ago he was looking better than Christian even if the Christian/Orton matches have been pretty awesome. Of course Sheamus/Orton had a program last year and it wasn't that great but their past couple matches on SD! were actually quite good.

Looks like I'll enjoy the continuation of this angle as long Mark Henry is nowhere near it.

Also find it interesting that Cara is no longer undefeated. Didn't picture Christian being the first guy to beat him.

Feeding him to Christian? Christian should be fed to future main eventers at this point. I don't see Sin Cara being that, but he should be used in a lower midcard role looking strong against other people in that position. I don't know, though. I don't know how he is going to get very far.

WWE Smackdown (Airing July 15th, 2011)

Michael Cole, Booker T, and Josh Mathews came out for WWE Smackdown. josh went to the ring rather than the announcers' table.

Smackdown opens with World champion Randy Orton being interviewed by Josh Mathews inside the ring. He discusses his match against Christian at Money in the Bank. Christian appears on the Titantron and says he will become champion again. Christian says that Orton's father was a joke and he's just as pathetic as Cowboy Bob Orton. Orton says what is pathetic is Christian holding the title for five days.

Ezekiel Jackson defeated Ted DiBiase to retain the Intercontinental Title. The end came when DiBiase went for Dream Street, which Zeke turned into the Torture Rack for the submission win.

Daniel Bryan vs. Cody Rhodes is up next.

Backstage, Ted DiBiase was looking disappointed. Cody entered and handed him the paper bag. He said he would give him one more chance, but if he loses again he will personally come to the ring and put the bag over his head.

Cody Rhodes defeated Daniel Bryan.

Teddy Long tells a referee to warn Mark Henry and Big Show that if there is any physicality between the two when they have a face to face later, their match at the PPV will be canceled.

Kane comes into Long's office and thanks him for the match against Randy Orton. Kane says he doesn't feel like a monster anymore and asks Long what is happening to him. Long tells Kane that he's scaring the hell out of him.

Wade came down to join the announce table and now I notice josh is there too, oops.

Jinder was shown in the back getting pissed at a camera man.

Backstage, someone has spraypainted Randy Orton's private bus with "ORTON SUX. TEDDY LONG = MORON. CHRISTIAN = UNCROWNED WORLD CHAMPION." Christian comes across it and acts shocked and says he can't imagine anyone would do this.

Sin Cara defeated Sheamus. Sheamus dominated in the beginning, but after Sin Cara's 20 millionth reversal, he reversed Celtic Cross into a roll up and won via pinfall. After the match, Barrett laid out Sheamus.

Christian was shown walking around the casino and claimed he found Orton's wallet. He took out $1,000 and bet it on No. 1 on a roulette table, because according to Orton's ID his birthday is April 1. "There is a joke there somewhere," says Christian. The ball landed on 20. "Looks like your lucks running out," Christian said.

Teddy made his way down for the face off. Big Show entered the ring. Henry stayed on the ramp and they did their smack talk. Henry tried to enter the ring, but Teddy got in the way and said to save it for Sunday.

Kelly Kelly beat Rosa Mendes. Loud pops for Kelly, as I guess no one expected to see her here.

Johnny Curtis promo backstage. He says soon, the cat will be out of the bag, but pulls an elephant out of it and yells at an assistant in the room. He tells the man that the elephant in the room isn't until next week and rips up the stuffed animal.

Justin Gabriel defeated Heath Slater. Slater missed a top rope moonsault. Gabriel hit his 450 splash and got the pinfall victory.

Kane defeated Randy Orton via count out. 30 seconds into the match, Christian walked onto the ramp to watch the match. Orton went for an RKO, Kane reversed it and clotheslined Orton out. Christian walked down the ramp got orton to chase him around the ring to give Kane a victory via count out.

Post match, Orton RKO'd Kane, Christian speared Orton, and beat on him. Christian went for a chair, but Orton fought back and took it from him. Christian ran off. Kane got a few chair shots while Christian watched from the ramp.

I guess this is where the cameras cut off. Cody and Ted come down to beat on Orton, but ended up getting RKO'd. Christian ran down and was RKO'd twice. Orton shook hands and signed a few autographs to end the show.
The Christian segments sound pretty cheesy. Maybe will come off better on T.V or something. Show looks like it'll be alright.
