I have to admit, as worried as I was about WrestleMania XXVIII six months ago, it's actually looking great and if all goes well, I could see it going down as one of the top five greatest WrestleMania events ever.
Despite the fact that it seems a lot of fans have gone sour on it, I still think that Rock vs. Cena will deliver and turn out to be an epic encounter. I was one of many who was very against Triple H facing Undertaker again, but I'm alright with it now. It's clear that this is going to a major clash. Plus, with it being a Hell in a Cell match, along with HBK being the referee and the match being labeled "The End of an Era", my excitement for the match has jumped up quite a bit. Jericho/Punk seems like the best feud right now and I have no doubt in my mind that those two will deliver a great match. As for Daniel Bryan vs. Sheamus, I'm glad they're giving some new guys the spotlight at a big event like WrestleMania, but I'm not too sold on that match yet. Finally, I'm happy to see that the Intercontinental Championship will be defended at WrestleMania. I just wish that the most likely scenario wasn't Big Show knocking out Cody Rhodes and taking the title. I have nightmares about that. Rhodes should win.
From the looks of things, the rest of the card will be pretty solid, too. I think it's fair to say we'll be seeing the Team Long vs. Team Laurinaitis match. That's a change of pace and it will get some guys on the card, so I like that. Also, I think we'll probably see Zack Ryder & Kelly Kelly vs. The Miz & Eve. That's where I think things are headed. Finally, it seems certain that Randy Orton will face Kane.
Overall, with everything added together, I really like that card. Hopefully they add a tag team title match.
