I wouldn't go that far tbh, Cody is good but Dusty was so much more charismatic imo. I guess we'll just agree to disagree.

Dusty was so much more charasmatic as a baby face. Cody is a heel, so his gimmic isn't near as charasmatic as what he should be.. Given the proper time over a couple years, when he turns face, hwe will be very charasmatic a couple months into his face turn.

Cody was a face back then but he was just starting out or else He is going to have a very illustrious career.

You can be a charismatic heel, see Hollywood Rock, Hollywood Hogan and rapper Cena amongst countless others. Cody is charismatic but I'd class Dusty as one of the best ever in that department.

That reminds me. Got Bleacher email a few days ago detailing why MITB won't be a WM28. The location changed from Las Vegas (Original venue for 2012), to Phoenix, AZ. No mention of Miami unfortunately.
