Yeah, plus Sal is right - its a gimmick match that is to do nothing more than get the crowd jacked for the latter matches (see what I did there...ladder/latter? )

Like with that Christian/Shelton match - they trust Kofi and Zigler enough to go out there and land sick bumps and raise the excitement level of the fans.

The ladder match doesn't need too much build. Put it on first, make it a spotfest that will preview the later main-event TLC match, give it a little build, and it will be fine. Kofi and Dolph have been feuding on and off for a while anyway.
