Mark Hunt apparently had to drop 19 pounds in a little less than 24 hours for a fight at UFC Fight Night 52.. or so the sources say.. not sure if I believe that happened at all but idk I guess it's possible.. very unhealthy but possible.

You're right, I just don't know if personally I would do that in one day.. could be somewhat detrimental to someone's health potentially both mentally and physically.

I personally was thinking it was only about 5-10 pounds myself that he lost but like I said it could've been possible.

Back to other news shame about Anthony Johnson though he was looking very beastly lately, not to say he was never beastly to begin with.

Yeah he like feinted and hit his head on the bath tub and blacked out.. he's pretty lucky he didn't do worse to himself. I never knew people cut like that tbh, I mean I always assumed there was some way that was common but never really understood the process they went through.

Rogan talked about it with Dolce on his podcast apparently they use hot water to draw the sweat out but some people use rubbing alcohol and stuff. I always thought it was saunas and workouts whilst wearing rubber suits. There needs to be some limit on it, like a percentage of weight you can be over the way ins. Barao for example was around 2 lbs lower than Aldo who fights 10lbs heavier. Aldo apparently struggles during the cut too... Just weird how some one can drop that much.
