Not sure how the A's are finished. Both game were competitive and we have the pitching edge for the next two games + we're playing at home for the rest of the series. We are the underdogs at this point, but it is a role we thrive in. Step 1 is to win game 3 tomorrow, which shouldn't be too tough considering it's our best pitcher vs Anibal bumass Sanchez.

Good luck but it's pretty rare a team comes back with 0 wins in a series. I've seen it happen but it's pretty rare .

I've seen it happen to my A's. Also we've never seen this playoff format before so circumstances are different. Generally if you are down 2-0 in a series you still have a road game left to play, whereas we do not.

As I said, I am 100% confident in our abilities to get this thing to game 5. Whether we can beat Verlander in a winner take all game is the only doubts I have.

You would be less skeptical if you had watched this team all season long. All they do is overcome the odds. We would have won game 2 if Coco didn't drop an easy fly ball that scored 2 runs in the 7th inning yesterday.

I'd be skeptical despite the team given the situation to be honest . Even if it was the 2004 redsox down 0-3 i'd tell ya it wouldn't happen lol. Doesn't matter what they did during the year i'd still be skeptical is my point but again best of luck.

My point being we were picked to finish last in our division. We were down 13 games in the division at one point. We lost Bartolo Colon and Brandon McCarthy, our only veteran pitchers. We needed a sweep in the last series of the season to win the division.
