It would be cool if they put Christian on another brand and gave him a world title shot just for being the final ECW Champion, with a long ass reign might I add. It would be a great way to bring him onto a bigger brand, but with it being so close to Mania that won't happen.

Maybe an IC or US title shot. Miz vs. Christian would be a great rivalry. Imagine the promos!

Basically Vince came out thanking everyone who works for ECW and the fans. He then said unfortunately, ECW is going off the air in 3 weeks. He says thank you and leaves. He did mention that there will be some sort of revolutionary whatever going on afterwards but thats it.

he can be a good trainer or talker without being a good wrestler, your not gonna change my mind about him by throwing those names at me, anyway this is off subject, i couldnt care less if ecw goes and is or isnt replaced by NXT (what is it meant to stand for?) it would mean a possible decent push for people like shelton and christian on raw or smackdown

What.. I was able to respect your opinion until you said something stupid like this. If he is a good TRAINER that means he's a good WRESTLER as all the WRESTLERS I mentioned turned out to be quite the amazing wrestlers and I'm sure even you would agree. You think when one professional wrestler trains the other he'll just show them how to mat wrestle?

Also, if Christian ends up competing for a mid-card title like the US or IC after he leaves ECW I will cry. That will be the worst (or even worse) booking since the CM Punk travesty.

Why hes just an old man from blackpool that tries to put on an annoying not blackpoodlian voice (it pisses me off, i have lived in blackpool all my life and i have never heard anyone sound like that). William Regal is not even a good wrestler that knee trembler is awful he doesnt even hit him with his knee half the time, just his thigh. I think Regal should just retire along with ecw.

I get what you are saying about the accent (fellow Brit in the area! ;o] )... UP UNTIL A POINT. What your forgetting is that by trying NOT to sound like he does, his CHARACTER is putting on a posh accent... People that do that always sound stupid.... Thus what he's doing is perfectly in character.


Otherwise, you fail.... Regal is THE shit!

Youre probably right and he probably is a good wrestler but no where Im coming from. Since I have started watch wrestling again (wm 25) I have not seen him showcasing his aparant talent and when I had watched it before, I really didnt pay any attention. So I stand by what I say although I am more than likely wrong.

Dip back further into his WCW past you'll find some killer matches. Defo worth revisiting the Regal/Y2J fued of 2001 too.


I know they'll never do it, but damn I'd love me some 3DVD docu/comp Regal action!
