It says each ODD night I can target a player and awaken their latent powers, and that not all players are eligible to be upgraded.

Used it on Evans n1 cause he was one of my two top town reads and even if he's town read he's hardly a priority kill for scum so I thought augmenting him might have some good mileage in it. He didn't thank me in here or anything tho which makes me think he probably doesn't have an augmentable role. Last night used it on Lethal cause I was trying to outthink the room like a dumbass again but in hindsight that one probably didn't make the greatest of sense.

Then you also have to consider Xenus went above and beyond searching for the actual character to 'prove' it was legit (so did Gambit tbh but he did it first, Xenus latched on)
