As much as I want to think Jeff is scum, wouldn't it be the smarter play to say you got back another town read?

I'm not saying Lethal lied though. What I'm saying is even if Lethal lied, Jeff still looks scummy.

Ie we can worry about Lethal lying or not lying later.

I honestly don't know. Between this and lying about Chloe leaving the house, I am missing some that makes it make sense.

I did mention this yesterday but Jeff was a prime target for a redirect.

Lethal and Smark are both universal town reads so they're a good chance of being watched/tracked/monitored in some way by any town roles that can do this.

This is not the case with Jeff - meaning if he's town, there is a good incentive to mess with his reports.

But no because if Jeff flips scum at any point then Lethal is insta-scum off the back of a fake town report.
