That's exactly what I was thinking. I don't mind wrestlers being patriotic (although when 3D did it, it felt forced and phony), but Angle doesn't need to go patriotic. The feud doesn't need that kinda crap when you've got Angle wrestling.

Couldn't agree more. I was high on Anderson years ago when he won the Money in the Bank, then he went down and they took that away quick.

You guys are missing the fact that he said that on purpose. He's alluded to it before. I'm pretty sure he knows he's loud and dumb and obnoxious. He says anything possible to get heat or for people to hate him which is a good quality, tbh.
