For me that clears Man too as he wouldn't go so hard during a night phase.

I'm happy to go with Grim at the moment but we do have plenty of time for others to have input.

why does that clear mando? Because wolf would not go hard after town at night? not sure thats a great reason to clear mando (i think mando is town but not for those specifics, mando can push stuff as scum hes a good player)

if we have plenty of time to do other things, where would you go yourself?

I’m not sold on Pendex either, for what it’s worth. I backed off yesterday as McHenry was to me an obvious mafia read and was worth pursuing.

I’d need to go back and read some more of their posts but I think that’s a possible way to go today if we aren’t fully comfortable on going with Grim.

I’m not trying to make a case for him to be town either, to be clear. After all he did completely unnecessarily kill a town player and didn’t care about it afterwards.

nah I get what you are saying above, I've had and posted similar thoughts on it. tack on to that a few comments hinting at another specific PR add even more strangeness to it. I'd like to get him to at least claim and see what he did last night

Also Day 1 lasts 54 hours - so until the activity of someone of the most quiet players pick up - I don't think looking for scum out of the nosiest or most active is always wise. I do however think, at least one person who has last posts than Smark with 100% flip mafia:

CK, John Henry, Shade, Baldrick, Wang, Phenom or Pendex

John is dead - town
Phenom - i really believe town told following his interaction with Lethal
CK - Town lean
Pendex [out of my neutral I feel could be mafia - but is a could]
Shade & Baldrick [I'm starting to really think at least one of them is a low post mafia bro]

Yeah he was definitely alluding to something, I’m just not sure what though.

Let’s not forget that prior to shooting Pein he said he was purposely sitting back and not leading as to not make himself a target for mafia. It was just very jarring that he’d say things like that and then go and throw himself into the spotlight with the kill and hinting that there was more to his role.

Was there another reason for the shot on Pein, perhaps? Was Pein onto something with Sky and Grim killed him to shut Pein up? If Grim flips mafia I think we have to consider Sky as well for that reason.

sky bit is a good shout...especially with Juice being confirmed town. sky was def gearing up for a big juice push and had put her as her lynch target over barry. its possible she was trying to use Juice's unorthodox posting style to get around having to lynch grim. obviously this is all contingent on grim being scum though

I really would argue solidly against going for Sky today. Although her status has been wobbly with me - its always been no lower than neutral. I am just in general a hard play to understand - and I accept that.

Knowing Mando as well as I like to think I do, it's not something he would pull during such a phase. If it was the day phase I would look at it a bit differently.

Man...I can see what you are saying about Grim, but it doesn't sit right with me. Why whould you take that kind of shot D1? A 4 way swing so early on is huge, so that side of things it could be a very calcualted risk.

fair enough if thats more meta read of Mando, you have played with him more elsewhere, so I can't really argue your own experience with him.

regarding Grim and his shot, yeah that's what me and mando been discussing lol. the problem is it makes no sense as town either
