But fr, all sharks, because of their entire body being made of cartilage and not really having the ability to breathe through muscle motion, have to stay in motion in order to pump oxygen into their gills, or else they suffocate and die. So Sharks have evolved to sleep while riding tides or currents, or in some circumstances, going literal autopilot and sleeping while their body swims automatically.
