Pretty stupid the Habs are becoming the Atlanta Falcons of the NHL with all these blown 3rd period leads, but it was nice to see Price shut down Stamkos in the shootout.

The Habs have really got their shit together lately. Just need to beat Boston and Toronto. Those two games have been our biggest embarrassments so far this season.

BLOCKBUSTER TRADE: Habs swap 2011-12 season lead-scorer Erik Cole to the Dallas Stars in exchange for Michael Ryder and a 3rd round pick. Dallas finally gets another American sniper since Mike Modano and Ryder comes back home. I really think Montreal got the better end of this deal though considering Ryder is younger, faster, much more consistent, and counts far less against the cap... not to mention a 3rd round draft pick for what it's worth.

Exciting day for both teams.
