I heard about this a few hours ago. It is nothing new. Signs of hope? meh. They replace coaches every 1 to 2 years since 1999. No wonder the Browns can't win crap. lolol On the plus, they may be able to get a decent to good QB and we still have Gordon (for now, anyways...lol)
