NFL 2011 Off-Season thread

I can't imagine he'll drop past 5. For one, everybody has him going to Carolina. And on top of that, he's got outrageous talent and if nobody in the 3-7 area wanted him, someone would trade up for him.

Oh I think he goes number 1 for sure anyways just saying I could see a shocker happening and he drops out the top 10. But fully expect the Panthers to take him as they need to get their fans excited about something after the season that team had. Also though wasn't sure if the league was allowing trades during the draft or not since I remember there was some talks about how they had to work that out if there was or wasn't gonna be any.

ESPN better not spoil all of the picks by zooming into the players face who is going to be selected like 3 minutes before they actually are. Pissed me the fuck off last season.

You can trade picks. The league's position is that they're not starting the offseason yet (even though that's pre-fucking-cisely what they were ordered to do by a judge), so players can't be moved. Strangely enough, there's a chance they will start the offseason tomorrow, and different rules might apply to every other round of the draft if that were the case.

Hope when the season starts tomorrow, they use the 2010 rules, so Carolina can place RFA tags on DeAngelo, CJ, Anderson, etc...
