I don't know about that. 10 years ago, Rich Gannon was one of the best in the league. With how much Al Davis loves his speedy WRs, the right QB with a big arm can definitely succeed. The first question that needs to get answered though: is he actually going to play QB?

That's why I said modern day since ever since Rich there hasn't been a QB who ended up being worth a damn.

As for if he will play QB if it was for a team who was already set at QB then I would say he'd get switched to WR or a return specialist. But since the Raiders are wide open at QB I say he gets his shot.

Might watch this Giants/Bears pre-season game until raw starts just to see how meny times Cutlers gets sacked and to see how Eli plays with no Steve Smith.

Good news for Pryor: He is in a situation where he could def one day become the starter if he works hard.
Bad news: It's the Raiders the modern day death bed for QB's.

Lmao unfortunately it's true.

My hopes are very high for the Packers once the season gets underway. Got some good rookies and Grant and Finley are back from injury, so we've got a great-looking squad. When the Packers are healthy, they're dangerous.

The Dolphins are going to be amazing. They don't want their coach, they don't want their QB, they have a RB who hasn't played in like 48 years. Amazing.

The Dolphins should definitely go for Tebow.

How the guy is 3rd-string at the Broncos I dunno.

I'd say John Elway has a lot to do with that. He probably wants a QB similar to himself.

I do think that Tebow would be a good fit for the Dolphins, though. I assume he could pretty good in the Wildcat.

I think Manning will start week one but I'm no doctor...

The colts just signed him for crazy money and want to protect their investment. He's the best QB in football. He doesn't need the preseason to get ready. I'm sure he will adjust to game speed quickly and regain timing with his WR's in no time.

Collins is a decoy and an insurance policy.

I'll be watching Redskins/Ravens tonight, only game on TV over here tonight as far as I know. Interested in seeing how Newton does against the Bengals seeing as he's meant to be playing the first 3 quarters.
