I finished watching G1 Supercard and was surprised that Jay White lost the IWGP title to Kazuchika Okada. WhenJay White defeated Hiroshi Tanahashi to win the title I was assuming New Japan had big plans set-up for The Switchblade other than a transitional champ.

I still think they going to do big things with Jay later on, and the feud between Jay and Okada was a good one if you ask me.

I miss Jim Ross and Josh Barnett on commentary. They were distinctive voices calling the action for NJPW.

I finished watching Wrestling Dontaku 19. Sportsmanship displayed by Sanada when he dabbed the champ's Kazuchika Okada hand after the hard fought match was over. No typical heelish antics by Sanada after the match, like attacking Okada from behind and calling on his Los Ingobernables mates to run into the ring and gang beat-down Okada.

I'm not gonna act like I was his biggest fan in WWE or anything bc he was annoying me a lot especially towards the end, but I was never as down on him as a lot of people either, so I think it's pretty cool what he's doing now. Always cool with people asking for their release if they aren't happy in WWE to go have fun somewhere even if it's less financial security bc I'm a fan, not their financial advisor. Though if all the reports are true he's probably making more in AEW with the Khan's throwing money at guys.

Caught the last two bouts from BoSJ Finals and should go back to see Jay White vs Tanahashi. No spoilers but that was a damn fun hour of wrasslin

Moxley vs Juice happened today/this morning. I just got through watching it I thought it was really good, solid showing from both guys imo.

I gotta play catch up with NJPW now, I’m so behind it’s not funny.

Juice vs. Mox was sweet. Got some real Attitude Era vibes from the brawling that took place and the vulgarity being used. Juice absolutely killed himself out there. Moxley didn't seem out of place at all.

Will say, I hope Moxley isn't sticking with this ring gear. Just doesn't make any sense for Moxley to wear wrestling shoes like he's fucking Don Frye.
