Pretty sure its going to be a bunch of enhancement talent, struggling middlecarders, or forgotten talent being given the opportunity to make something happen.

I don't even know who is still contracted to WWE but maybe guys like Bo Dallas, Jinder Mahal, Mustafa Ali, Bobby Roode, Liv Morgan, etc.

Maybe they'll bring up one or two guys from NXT too but yeah. I doubt it's gonna be a bunch of big stars.
