There's no point giving a fix when you don't know your issue.

If you know how, take off the base of your laptop and have a look at the USBs connection to the MB.

Are there no computer/tech stores near you that you can take it to? I have like 10 within a 2 mile radius :shock:

not that I know off. it the plug of the ubu as in like a alpaorting that not working not that mouse or the usb.
