If the warriors are healthy, and get to face the heat in the finals. I bet they dominate the boards, dominate the paint, dominate from the ft line, and play gritty defense. That was my point dolph. A team with big bodies can do damage to the Heat. The warriors biggest strength is the Heat's only weakness. You think any combination of bosh/birdman/oden(grandpa legs) is going to stop Iggy, bogut, O'neil, Speights, and lee? Please, they honestly better count on their defense/board/paint play to beat the heat. If they think Curry is going to tear it up from the 3 point line and keep up then they have NO shot. He can't be superman every game.

I just used your team as an example, because they have good big men that I think could do damage to the heat.

I actually just made myself really like the Warriors and I'll watch them even if Curry blows out his ankle, because they are so dominating on that front.

Curry/Klay's outside shooting are IMO the team's biggest strength. They combine to make more 3s and at a higher % than any duo in league history. The 2nd biggest strength is the front court versatility w/ the passing of Lee and Bogut along with the rebounding and Bogut's D.

I'm probably most excited to see what Klay does this season. Hopefully he improves his efficiency overall, but I'm most excited to see how he continues to develop on defense. For most of last year he was stuck on opposing team's best offensive wing player; he did OK, but now Iguodala can take on that responsibility and Klay can play off ball. this should equate to more steals and thus more break chances. I also hope he learns to get himself to the line. He is OK at getting into the lane but needs to start translating that into FTs, because obviously he is a great FT shooter, he just doesn't shoot enough of them yet.

Yeah Klay is tight, they have a good squad. I just love the big guys on that team, didn't even realize they had O'Neal(board machine) until yesterday.

D.Lee alone on the boards is scary lol. I think they could fuck with the heat if healthy because of their big men, and I honestly think they have more depth. Call me crazy.

Nah we are as well-equipped as any team in the West to contend with the Heat.

A GS/SA rematch in the playoffs would be sweet.

Thought this was cool that the team was so open with this. Steph gives a quick tour of the practice facility and they show the entire practice. interesting stuff

Can Lee play 3? I know he did with the knicks, but the potential of Lee at 3, O'Neal at 4, and Bogut at 5 would be pretty much lock down. I don't see that lineup happening besides situational purposes, but still. Wow

I get Chandler, amare, and melo. LMFAO quite the difference.

D.Lee the one that got away.
And galo
and chandler
fuck

Lee has never played the 3 here, though he plays some 5 when we go small. I think he has the passing ability to play the 3, but isn't quite quick enough and can't defend most 3s (but he doesn't defend most 4s either)

O'Neil was the backup Center I wanted, just have to limit his minutes (12-15 a night during the regular season, not playing in b2bs, ect). Plus don't forget we get Festus Ezeli back in january. He is another big, athletic body that can defend and board. Started 40+ games as a rook

Yeah, Lee has beefed up since joining the warriors. I think his days at 3 are behind him. Ezeli, I remember the name, but can't recall watching him play.

Was the 30th overall pick last year out of Vandy. Pretty beefy 7 footer, I'd say he goes about 260. Not much offensive game but the Dubs don't need offense from their 5s.

I remember stretches against SA in the playoffs where he was our best defender to put on Duncan

Just good depth. Lee/Speights/Barnes (will get run at the 4) and Bogut/O'Neil/evenutally Ezeli is nasty front court depth.

I agree, and I don't even like the competition out of the west beside the spurs. Durant is great, but w/e. Dwight in Houston is the only thing I'll wait to judge. Clips can suck a dick, blake is a bitch.

Spurs are the favorites by default.
OKC is 2 once Westbrook is healthy, even though I think they are on the decline I wouldn't want to see KD in the playoffs
I would put GS 3 ahead of LAC in the Pacific.
Houston/LAC/Memphis shuffle in after that. I'm honestly not sure how much better Dwight makes the Rockets. We'll see
