Martinsville Pre-Race Drama: Taylor Swift Declares Support for Tommy Bedlam
During the pre-race show for the Martinsville Speedway Truck Series Playoff Race, Taylor Swift made a surprise appearance, throwing her support behind Tommy Bedlam (#77).

"I've been watching all the chaos unfold, and I have to say, Tommy Bedlam is my guy. He stands up for what's right, and we all know justice needs to be served. So, consider me part of the #77FanClub."

Swift's endorsement sent shockwaves through social media, as millions of "Swifties" began spamming #77FanClub and #BlazeBetterLose on every platform imaginable. Many fans even declared they would watch their first NASCAR race ever just to see Bedlam take down his biggest rival, Brandon Blaze (#83).

Blaze responded on Twitter/X, posting:
"Oh great, now I'm fighting off an army of teenage girls and soccer moms. Bring it."

NASCAR officials have not commented on Swift's involvement, but it's clear that her backing has added yet another layer of drama to an already explosive race weekend.

Brandon Blaze’s Post-Race Interview – Martinsville Speedway
Fresh off his dramatic win at Martinsville, Brandon Blaze stood in Victory Lane, soaking in the moment of securing his spot in the Championship 4. Despite the overwhelming controversy surrounding him, Blaze was all smiles, fully embracing his villain role in what has become one of the most polarizing playoff runs in NASCAR history.

Blaze on Winning Under Pressure
"You know, everyone had their little hashtags, their little campaigns. ‘Blaze Better Lose’? Well, guess what? Blaze just WON! And I’m going to the Championship 4, baby! So all those people who spent the last two weeks crying about me, you better buckle up, because I’m not done yet."

Blaze on the Swifties & #77FanClub
"Taylor Swift’s fans? That was cute. Really. They thought they could put some bad vibes on me? Nah. You can write all the sad songs you want, but at the end of the day, winners win and losers cry."

Blaze’s Message to His Haters
With the crowd reacting to his comments, Blaze doubled down, launching a new viral hashtag that immediately caught fire on social media.

"I’ve seen all these drivers whining, all these ‘swifties’ crying, all these NASCAR fans acting like I’m ruining their sport. So here’s a new one for you: #OnlyLosersCry. You don’t like that I won? Too bad. You don’t like that I’m in the Championship 4? Guess what—too bad. You don’t like ME? Well, you’re gonna hate next week even more!"

With that, Brandon Blaze stormed off, laughing as the boos and cheers rained down from the grandstands. Love him or hate him, Blaze has guaranteed one thing: everyone will be watching when the Championship 4 battle it out for the title.

Post-Race: Part One

Chris Southern’s Apology to Juice Millar

Following the chaos of Martinsville, Chris Southern took a moment to address his late-race incident with Juice Millar, which saw Millar get turned around and nearly lose their spot in the Championship 4.

In a post-race interview, a visibly frustrated but remorseful Southern owned up to the mistake:
"Look, I messed up. I got into Juice when I shouldn’t have, and that’s on me. It wasn’t intentional—I was just trying to get every spot I could, and things got out of hand. I hate that it put them in a bad spot, and I want to apologize for it. They deserve to be fighting for a championship, and I’d never want to be the reason they lost that chance."

Southern, who was eliminated from playoff contention himself, made it clear that there was no bad blood between him and Millar:
"We’ve raced hard all year, and I respect Juice a ton. I hope we’re good, and I’ll reach out to them personally to make sure there’s no hard feelings. Best of luck to them in Phoenix—go make it count."

Despite the wreck, Millar still clinched the final Championship 4 spot—though it remains to be seen if they’re willing to fully forgive and forget when the title is on the line.

Juice Millar Reflects on Championship 4 Berth

After surviving a wild night at Martinsville and securing the final spot in the Championship 4 by just four points, Juice Millar took a moment to reflect on the journey so far.
"Man, four points. That’s nothing. That’s a single position on the track. It’s crazy to think how close this was, but we’re in, and that’s all that matters."

Millar also addressed Chris Southern’s apology for the late-race incident, making it clear there’s no lingering tension between them:
"Look, stuff happens in Martinsville. Chris owned it, and I respect that. No bad blood at all—I know he wasn’t trying to wreck me, he was just fighting for his own shot, same as all of us."

More than anything, Millar expressed disbelief and excitement at the fact that three rookies—Blaze, Slayer, and themselves—had made the Championship 4, along with veteran Sheldon Creed.

"If you told me at the start of the year that three rookies would make the Championship 4, I’d have laughed in your face. It’s unreal. We’ve all been grinding all season, and now we’ve got a shot to take this thing. One race to decide it all—let’s go."

With the finale at Phoenix looming, Millar and their fellow rookies will now battle Creed for the ultimate prize—the 2020 NASCAR Truck Series Championship.

Arthur D’Tea Reflects on Strong Rookie Season and Pushes for More Road Courses

Despite falling short of the Championship Four, Arthur D’Tea remained optimistic as he reflected on his rookie season in the NASCAR Truck Series. Driving for Kyle Busch Motorsports (#8), D’Tea consistently showed flashes of brilliance—especially on road courses, where he excelled against his competition.

In a post-race interview, he shared his thoughts on the season, the schedule, and his future:
“Obviously, I wanted to make it to Phoenix, but when I step back and look at the year as a whole, I can’t be too upset. To make it this far in my first season with some of the best guys in the series—it’s been an incredible ride.”

A known road course specialist, D’Tea was vocal about his hope that NASCAR expands the schedule to include more road courses:
“I’d love to see more road courses in the series. Those tracks bring out the best in a lot of drivers and create some of the most exciting racing. We’ve seen it in the Cup Series—there’s no reason why Trucks shouldn’t have more as well.”

As for his future, D’Tea made it clear that he wants to remain a part of KBM moving forward:
“I feel like we built something really strong this year, and I hope I get the chance to keep working with KBM. We’ve got a great team, and I know we’re capable of taking that next step next season.”

With Kyle Busch Motorsports’ future plans still uncertain, D’Tea’s performance and development could make him a key part of their lineup moving forward—especially if more road courses do find their way onto the schedule.

Post-Race: Part Two

Tommy Bedlam Stays Upbeat Despite Elimination
After coming up just four points short of advancing to the Championship 4, Tommy Bedlam remained positive in his post-race interview, reflecting on his strong rookie season and the wild support from Taylor Swift fans.

"Man, obviously you wanna fight for a championship, and it stings being this close. But I can’t complain—first year in the Truck Series, making it all the way to the Round of 8, fighting for wins? That’s a hell of a season."

Bedlam also addressed the massive backing from Swifties, after Taylor Swift publicly supported him before the race:

"I didn’t see that coming, but hey, if Taylor Swift says I’m her guy, who am I to argue? The #77FanClub showed up strong, and I appreciate every single one of ‘em. Might have to start adding some T-Swift to the playlist now!"

Despite falling short of the Championship 4, Bedlam emphasized his excitement for next year, making it clear that this is only the beginning.

"We’ll come back stronger next year. No doubt about it. This is just step one."

* * * * *

Logan Slayer Stays Level-Headed After Advancing to Championship 4
While the rest of the NASCAR world was buzzing with drama, heated rivalries, and unexpected celebrity endorsements, Logan Slayer remained his usual calm and composed self after securing his spot in the Championship Four.

In a post-race interview, Slayer acknowledged the intensity of the Round of 8 but didn’t get caught up in the outside noise:
“It’s great to be in the Championship 4, but the job’s not done. We’ve been consistent all year, and now we’ve got one race to go out and prove we belong at the top. That’s where my focus is.”

When asked about the wild storyline surrounding Taylor Swift, Bedlam, and Blaze's viral antics, Slayer just shook his head and smirked:
“Man, I don’t really care about all that. My focus is on Phoenix and getting that trophy. That’s it.”

His no-nonsense approach is a stark contrast to the fiery personalities of Brandon Blaze and Juice Millar, but Slayer’s consistency has been his greatest strength all season. With one race left, he’s locked in—and he might just be the biggest threat to take home the title.

Taylor Swift Shows Love for Tommy Bedlam
Following Tommy Bedlam’s elimination from the Championship 4, Taylor Swift, who had previously declared her support for him, doubled down on her admiration—but this time, it got even more personal.

In a social media post that sent shockwaves through the racing and music worlds, Swift commented:
"Tommy Bedlam might not be in the Championship 4, but he’s still a winner in my book. And let’s be honest… he’s pretty attractive too. I’d be more than happy to join the #77FanClub myself. "

The internet immediately exploded, with Swifties and NASCAR fans flooding social media with reactions. Bedlam himself, when asked about the comment, looked completely stunned before laughing:
"Wait… she said what?! I mean, I was already a fan, but now I might need to start writing love songs or something! That’s crazy, man!"

With Swift’s massive influence, some are jokingly suggesting that Bedlam has already won something bigger than a championship—the heart of one of the world’s biggest superstars.

2020 NASCAR Truck Series Championship Odds

1️⃣ Brandon Blaze (#83, Niece Motorsports) – 2/1

The dominant driver of the season, with five wins and consistent performances. Most consider him the favorite due to his strength on various types of tracks, though the drama around him may add unpredictability.

2️⃣ Sheldon Creed (#2, GMS Racing) – 3/1
The second year sensation who has impressed everyone. His performance in his first season, coupled with his quick adaptability, gives him great odds. A potential underdog story, Creed is one of the hottest drivers in the final four.

3️⃣ Logan Slayer (#40, DGR-Crosley) – 4/1
Slayer has been a top contender all season, finishing strong despite only one win. His calm, calculated driving has earned him a lot of respect, and he is considered a dangerous driver in the final.

4️⃣ Juice Millar (#53, Halmar Friesen Racing) – 5/1
The dark horse of the championship. While he hasn’t had the same level of wins as Blaze, he’s been incredibly consistent and has quietly worked his way to the Championship Four. Millar’s underdog status makes him a fan favorite and an intriguing bet.

What to Expect at Phoenix Raceway
Track Info: Phoenix Raceway is a one-mile oval track known for its flat corners, which present unique challenges for drivers. Its layout is tricky, and drivers need to be precise with their braking and throttle control. The mix of short straightaways and sharp turns means that strategy and tire management will play a key role in the outcome.

Race Format: The final race will be a 150-lap battle split into three stages. Drivers will need to stay focused on both the short-term strategy of each stage and the long-term strategy of the race to secure a chance at the championship.

The Storylines to Watch:
Brandon Blaze vs. the Fans and Fellow Drivers: Despite his dominance, Blaze has been at the center of controversy all season long. His rivalry with Tommy Bedlam and the support of Taylor Swift’s fanbase have made him a polarizing figure. Can he stay calm and focus on securing the title, or will the noise outside the track affect his performance when it matters most?

Second Season Sensation Sheldon Creed: Can Creed finish his stellar second season with a championship? Having already proven himself capable of competing with the best, the final race at Phoenix will be his biggest test yet. His drive for a win in his first season could add another layer of excitement to an already unpredictable race.

Logan Slayer’s Steady Approach: A consistent threat all season, Slayer may not have the flashiest highlights or the most wins, but his skill at staying out of trouble and being competitive in every race has him right where he wants to be. Will his quiet and steady drive be enough to edge out the more flashy contenders?

Juice Millar’s Underdog Bid: Millar’s lack of wins has not dampened his determination. He’s been quietly building momentum, and with the championship on the line, anything can happen as their consistency led to them winning the regular season championship . Will the rookie pull off the ultimate surprise and secure a victory in the most unlikely of circumstances?

Fan Expectations
Fans from all walks of life have been drawn into the drama, with the #BlazeBetterLose hashtag still trending after the controversial events. The rivalry between Brandon Blaze and the rest of the field has sparked intense debates across social media and among fans, but at Phoenix, all the drivers will need to block out the distractions and focus on the race.

There’s also a growing sentiment among fans that this race will be one of the most-watched NASCAR events in recent memory, thanks to the rising tension and excitement surrounding the championship.

Final Thoughts: It all comes down to Phoenix – the final race, the championship, the glory. Who will rise above the pressure and seize the crown as the 2020 NASCAR Truck Series champion? Only one driver will leave the desert with the title, while three others will have to settle for what could have been. The drama, the emotion, and the action are all set for one epic conclusion to a memorable season.

"Taylor said I'm attractive? That's good to know, for sure. I'd definitely like to figure out how to get my number to her, maybe exchange numbers, you know. The season is almost over, so I should have some free time coming up. All I'm saying is that I would never be the reason for the teardrops on her guitar. Do you think Jack Daniels would let me change my number to 22?"

Jeff Gluck: Tommy, any thoughts about Brandon Blaze getting into the Championship 4 and you missing out by only a handful of points?

Tommy: Jeff, it fu...it sucks. Better watch what I say. We know how much they like to fine me if I say anything about their golden boy. Anyway, there's a bunch of people saying Blaze Better Lose, so if he gets too close to the 77 Jack Daniels Chevrolet at Phoenix, I might just have to see if I can make even more of these fans happy.

Brandon Blaze: I seen Tommy make threats to crash me if he gets a chance? He might deserve a suspension, I mean honestly he right hooked me at martinsville. He should be suspended for that if anything.

"Brandon Blaze is complaining that I bumped him at Martinsville? Hell, half of my back bumper was painted like his truck. That's short track racing. I'm not too shocked. He's been like that all year. He wants to drive through everyone but if you dish it back out, he throws his little fit on the radio. I'm not worried about it."

Taylor Kitchen: Tommy, Brandon Blaze is saying that you right-hooked him into the wall. He's pushing for NASCAR to suspend you for that and for the comments you made about wrecking him at Phoenix. Are you concerned about missing the season finale?

Tommy: Nah, I'm not. My team and I submitted all of our in-car data to NASCAR; they got the SMT on all of it. He was inside and with how sharp those corners are we just got together. I came down a little, yea. But the data shows that I took that turn just like I had taken it the previous 7 or 8 laps. We just got together. I'm not sure why he's still crying about it; he won. If he wants to talk to me, he knows where my hauler is. He can come and talk to me before the race at Phoenix.

Logan Slayer speaks out after Stage 2 incident:

Logan Slayer took to the media following the crash that ended his championship bid at Phoenix Raceway. Despite the disappointment of seeing his title hopes dashed in such a way, Slayer remained calm and gracious in his response.

"I’ve seen the replay, and honestly, Barry was in a tough spot. He’s a rookie, and mistakes like that happen. I don't think there was any intent to wreck me. It’s just a part of racing. I’m massively disappointed, of course. You work all season for moments like this, and to have it taken away by an accident... it stings."

"But at the end of the day, I’ve got no hard feelings toward Barry Clock-Tower. He didn’t do it on purpose, and these things happen in racing. You have to roll with the punches and focus on the next step. I wish him the best moving forward and hope he gets more experience out of this, just like I did when I was a rookie. Racing's about learning from moments like these."

Despite the setback, Slayer remained supportive of his fellow Championship Four contenders, offering his best wishes to Blaze, Creed, and Millar as they continued their fight for the title.

"I still have my eyes on the championship, even if it's not for me this year. I’ll be watching closely and cheering on the guys who are still in it. I hope we see some incredible racing in these final stages."

Stage Three Recap

Lap 110
- Blaze stays close behind Creed, waiting for an opening. Tommy Bedlam, on the other hand, is strategically placed in between the two Championship contenders, maintaining his position but showing signs that he may be willing to defend his teammate, Creed.

Lap 115

Lap 140
- While all the attention is on the Championship Four battle, Juice Millar moves into second, capitalizing on the tight racing. Millar is now in position to pounce should anything happen between the Championship drivers ahead of him.

Lap 155
- Tommy Bedlam continues to play the blocking game, slowing down Blaze’s attempts to challenge Creed for the lead. Bedlam’s strategy is working, as he’s keeping Blaze from making any significant progress while giving Creed the breathing room he needs to pull away.

Lap 160
- As Blaze grows more frustrated, Tommy Bedlam continues to sacrifice his own position in favor of Creed’s lead. Bedlam’s selflessness and commitment to helping his teammate are evident, and he’s doing everything he can to ensure Creed gets the win.

Lap 170

Lap 180
T- he laps are winding down, and Brandon Blaze is still trying to make a move around Tommy Bedlam. However, despite Blaze’s best efforts, Bedlam is proving a difficult obstacle to overcome. Sheldon Creed is inching closer to a victory, having managed to stay ahead of the competition thanks to the teamwork displayed by Tommy Bedlam.

Lap 190
- With 10 laps remaining, Bedlam continues to block Blaze, allowing Sheldon Creed to stay comfortably ahead. Blaze tries to make one last move, but Bedlam holds steady, and Creed maintains his lead. Juice Millar remains in second, hoping for an opportunity should the leaders falter.

Sheldon Creed Celebrates His Championship Victory

Moments after crossing the finish line as the 2020 NASCAR Truck Series Champion, Sheldon Creed climbed out of his #2 GMS Racing truck, pumping his fists in the air. His team swarmed him in Victory Lane, spraying champagne and celebrating their hard-fought win.

But as soon as the celebrations began, Creed made sure to give Tommy Bedlam the credit he deserved.

Sheldon Creed:
"This championship doesn’t happen without my team, without everyone at GMS Racing, and especially without Tommy Bedlam. Man, he was a wall out there today. He kept Blaze off my back and made sure I had clean air when I needed it. That’s the kind of teammate you want in your corner. I hope we’re racing together again next year because we make one hell of a team."

As Creed celebrated, Bedlam arrived with a grin and a handshake, which quickly turned into a full champagne-soaked hug as the two celebrated their GMS success.

Bedlam, who played the ultimate team role in blocking Blaze for nearly 50 laps, laughed as he responded:

Tommy Bedlam:
"Sheldon owes me a steak dinner at least! Nah, all jokes aside, he deserved this. We worked all season for this, and if I had to make the choice again, I’d do the same thing 100 times over. GMS Racing for life, baby!"

With rumors swirling about GMS Racing’s 2021 lineup, Creed's open endorsement of Bedlam as his teammate for next season adds another layer to the speculation. The young rookie has clearly won over both the team and the fans—especially with Taylor Swift’s #77FanClub continuing to grow.

For now, though, the 2020 Truck Series Championship belongs to Sheldon Creed, and he’s making sure to celebrate with the people who got him there.

Juice Millar Congratulates Sheldon Creed & Reflects on Future Aspirations

After the celebrations settled down and the dust began to clear at Phoenix Raceway, Juice Millar made his way to Sheldon Creed's Victory Lane with a smile on his face and a handshake in hand. Despite not clinching the title himself, Millar’s sportsmanship stood out as he offered his congratulations to the newly crowned 2020 NASCAR Truck Series Champion.

Juice Millar:
"Sheldon, man, that was impressive. Congratulations on your championship. You and your team earned it. It’s tough not being there at the end, but watching you race today, I could see the heart and the drive. I know how much work you’ve put in. You absolutely deserve this."

Juice paused for a moment, reflecting on his own journey in the season, which had seen a mix of highs and lows. Despite not advancing to the final round of the playoffs, Millar remained optimistic about the future, especially as he looks to make a fresh start with a new team next season.

Juice Millar :
"Next year is going to be a whole different ballgame. With a stronger car package, and being the first priority at my new team, I’m confident I will find a team that will get be back into playoffs. We’ve seen what I can do when everything clicks, and it’s all about getting the right support behind me. I’m excited for what’s to come, and who knows—maybe I’ll be battling for that championship next year."

Juice’s words reflect a drive for continued growth and improvement. As he prepares to leave Halmar Friesen Racing, he’s already looking forward to the new opportunities on the horizon, knowing that the Truck Series’ future is filled with potential for both himself and his soon-to-be team.

With HFR dropping the #53, will Juice get to take the car number with them?

Post-Race Breakdown

Bobby Rey Shares His Thoughts on the Championship Finale & a Viral Moment

In an unexpected and bold move, Bobby Rey—who had been keeping a low profile since his departure from the season—stepped into the spotlight during the post-race celebrations at Phoenix Raceway. With a grin on his face and his usual rebellious energy, Bobby couldn't hold back his laughter as he reflected on Tommy Bedlam's race strategy and its impact on Brandon Blaze.

Bobby Rey:
"Man, I gotta be honest, I laughed my ass off as soon as Tommy started blocking Blaze like that. It was chef's kiss—perfect. I know there’s a lot of bad blood and drama, but when you’re in the thick of it and you’ve got that much emotion tied up, that’s when the race really gets interesting. And Tommy? He nailed it."

Bobby leaned into the mic a little closer, a smirk on his face as he pulled up the hem of his jumper, revealing a #BlazeBetterLose t-shirt underneath. The crowd gasped and then burst into laughter, with some even recording the moment on their phones.

Bobby Rey (grinning):
"And just for the record, I’m rocking my personal favorite hashtag today #BlazeBetterLose. Just a little souvenir from the season. You know, because I had a lot of people asking me where I stood on the whole Blaze situation."

The viral moment was immediate, with fans sharing clips of Bobby's shirt and laughing along with him. Rey’s playful attitude toward Blaze only fueled the ongoing rivalry and had people talking on social media for hours after. Whether they agreed with him or not, Bobby’s knack for turning a situation into a spectacle was evident, and once again, he made sure his name was front and center—even if he wasn't racing anymore.

Bobby Rey (finishing with a wink):
"To all my fans and everyone who’s been supporting me, thanks for sticking around. It’s been a wild ride, and you know... sometimes it’s about the entertainment, too."

Brett Moffitt Goes on Record with Controversial Comments on Tommy Bedlam and GMS

In an exclusive interview following the Championship 4 race at Phoenix Raceway, Brett Moffitt shocked the motorsport world with scathing comments directed at his former teammate Tommy Bedlam and his old team, GMS Racing.

Brett Moffitt:
"Tommy Bedlam? That guy's a dick-riding fanboy. Straight up. I’ve been in this sport long enough to know the real ones from the pretenders, and Bedlam’s definitely not the real deal. He might be a decent driver, but don’t get it twisted—he’s not doing anything that I haven’t already done before, and definitely not with that fanboy mentality. It's all about the attention for him, not about the racing."

Moffitt didn’t stop there, as he also dropped a bombshell regarding his future with GMS Racing. After being banned from the remainder of the season, Moffitt had been working through his future, and he confirmed that he has no intention of returning to drive for the #23 truck next season.

Brett Moffitt (on his future):
"Honestly, I have no plans of going back to GMS. I’ll figure something out elsewhere, but after everything that’s gone down—between me, the team, and the whole Brett-Moffitt-banned situation—I’m done with them. I’ve got no love for that team anymore, especially with the way things went down this year. The way they handled things wasn’t professional, and honestly, I don’t feel like I need them to make my next move. I'll drive for someone who actually appreciates what I bring to the table."

The comments immediately ignited backlash from GMS Racing fans, Tommy Bedlam supporters, and even some of Moffitt's own followers. However, there was no denying the fire and passion in Brett’s voice as he made it clear that he’s focused on his future and unwilling to back down from his stance.

As for Tommy Bedlam, he hasn’t publicly responded to Moffitt’s remarks as of yet, but with the already intense rivalry between the two drivers, this only adds fuel to the fire for next season.

It’s clear that the bad blood between Moffitt and Bedlam is far from over.

Bob Pockrass: Tommy! Blocking Blaze out there; was that team orders, trying to hold up a rival, or something else?

Tommy: Definitely wasn't team orders, Bob. You didn't see me going after Juice or anything, right? Nah, no team orders there. That was just racing for position. That's how this thing is set up. Guys like me who got eliminated are still out there scratching and clawing for every spot, every position, every week. Besides, third place pays more than fourth, right? I was just out there doing what I've done since I was 6 years old in a go-kart. I was racing to finish as good as I could.

Bob Pockrass: My social media feed is going to blow up if I don't ask this. Is there any news on the Tommy/Taylor front?

Tommy: None that I'm going to talk about in the media, Bob. You gotta know me better than that.

"Wait, is Brett Moffitt mad at me for finishing second in a race that he got disqualified from? There's a reason that he's not part of the plans for the future at GMS. People like that, you can't advance an organization with 'em. I'd say he'd fit in pretty well with Blaze and those guys, though. They got a lot in common."
