Surely you understand why this is. Higher tier players are less likely to cock up and warrant a wagon on D1, pushing them doesn’t often give you a solid read and mislynching them is shitter than lynching the average player so you wanna be kinda sure

He's wrong about what he's saying but it's type of push town Barry makes. I don't think scum Barry announces he can confirm himself town whenever he wants. Too much of a risk for him.
