Wells is a K machine, never liked him, never will. I thought you were a Mets fan, why would you care about Wells?

Anyways, my point is, don't hold your breath with prospects. You need some good vets to help them along.

Mark my words, in 5 years time, the mets will be contenders. Especially with that extra playoff spot :gusta:
I just hope you guys don't turn into a big flop like the miami marlins. How embarressing

Bautista will keep Reyes in line. I think Dickey will be the best thing ever for Romero, and having 2 aces and 2 number 2's is not something every team has.

__________

I hope you guys are contenders, it's time you guys and the Cubs become dominant again.

No kidding, sheesh. Reyes has actually always been a great professional, when he is on the diamond, which at times he's struggled with. Not going to lie, he's easily your best overall player now.

SB,AVG,TRIPLES, he's led the league in every one of those categories, and the dude has a rocket, and i'm telling you ROCKET arm. Going to love him

You think Dickey will be upset if Johnson gets the nod opening day? Or vice versa?

__________

It feels amazing to know that our opening day starter from last season is now our number 5, what a turn around!

Dickey, Upset? The dude was told he was never going to amount to anything in the majors after they discovered he was without a ligament in his arm. The first line of his book says that "i'll never lead the league in k's or win a cy young." He did both last year. R.A. Dickey doesn't get mad. He will just go about his buisness and start every 5th day. (Started for us every 4th day in september) He was a 34 year old minor leaguer. He's just happy to be in the show

Don't know much about Johnson, what's your opinion on him. I'm sure you saw a lot of him.

Arroyo has never had an era Below 3.50. He's had seasons above 5 for crying out loud. He is very very average

Dude wins games, how many seasons about 12 wins?

Id take him as #3 easily.
