Very nice style. Was not expecting that when I opened this thread and it was a pleasant surprise. The whole thing looks a little out of focus though, and I think a border would have helped.

The background somehow makes the banner look awesome. I guess it's just that it goes with a "Morrison" banner really well. A better PSD could have been used? and a bit of lightining (not as high light as the background, just a very subtle one) would have helped a lot.

Simple but good piece.
The overall feel really fits Morrison. Background work is great, and the render flows perfectly. Only thing I could really criticize would be is that the light source directly behind Morrison is just a bit too much and it needs a border.
