Alright, so for all the MLB or Baseball fans on the forum, this is the thread dedicated to the current MLB 2010 Season. Post all important news in here or just discuss in general.

The NL defeated the AL for the first time in 14 years, I believe, by a score of 3-1.

2 months left in the season.

There's been two perfect games this season, one by Dallas Braden, and one by Roy Halladay, if there's another please correct me.

You were right, they were the only two perfect games so far this season. Armando Galarraga nearly threw one but a bad call by the first base umpire cost him his third perfect game.

New York Yankees are looking good again this season and with this form should make a good run at another World Series. Texas Rangers have pretty much locked in their first AL West title since 1999. Tamba Bay Rays are looking good this season as well.

Who do you think will win?

I with my own eyes saw the Yankees win live so I don't care if they win this year or not. It would be cool though.

Anyways, I hope the Rangers can make the playoffs.

Well the Rangers have made the playoffs and are still alive against the Yankees in the battle for American League Championship. Their series is tied 1-1 at the moment. In the National League the battle is down to the Phillies vs the Giants and againt the series is tied 1-1. I think that the World Series will be the Yankees vs the Phillies.

It just shows how little I know about baseball.

The World Series will be between the Texas Rangers and the San Francisco Giants.

This is the Rangers first World Series appearance whereas the Giants have won five the last in 1954.
