Amount of votes it takes to achieve a lynch would take into account him being alive now where when he was a dead stump it wouldn't

That could also be the point, me counting towards majority again but still not having a vote so I'm counting as half a townie essentially

Depends on the host. DVs don't usually add to the count, either. Town just have extra.

I'm alive so I count as a body for majority purposes, regardless of whether I have a vote or not.

oh right, right. i was more thinking in the sense of stopping scum from achieving majority in theoretical lylo but in the sense of total players and majority needed you're right, I didn't think about that

again difficult to make a full read without the reviver claiming, but yeah like I would not have used it as town unless I thought I was going to die. and as scum I also probably wouldn't use unless I was in potential trouble. tin foil hat jeff would throw in the lower possibility of an indy revive but as i said, tin foil hat

While I'm in the setup discussion talk does a Necromancer fit this flavour at all? Burning a revive which is usually limited shot on a tree stump for a player that wasn't all that engaged Day 1 seems like a rather poor use of the role to me.

I don't know about theme, but that sounds like an explanation for the shoddy usage
